Timed out / Phone turns off problem

It is getting out of hand. It has been like this for months.

This thread pulled me out of lurkdom. I love this game and often wait until late at night to play to avoid people who give up and quit.

I've had the same problem as the rest of you. It doesn't work 100% of the time but I try to wait until the "ZONE" on my phone is filled before I click on "find an apponent." It works the majority of time.

I haven't been able to play this game in months! I miss it a lot. I sent them a cmment asking them to fix it.

Added. Woo hoo! Just got to play two games (and won). Then I timed out again. sigh. I'll try letting the zone fill and try again later. Thanks for the tip.

i always have this problem and thought it was my computer. I am glad i am not alone. I too get the same stock reply and it is very frusterating

Ok - I feel good to know we're not alone here. I sent a message to Support about it and got the standard - we're aware there is a problem and are working hard to fix it...I'll believe it when I see it! Stinks that I got so hooked on this game and now can't play it.

This is one of my favorite games in the tournament arena and it is always so dissappointing when a game times out, I thought it meant no one was there that wanted to play. I hope they fix it.

I've posted a couple of times on this thread with my highs and lows. For the majority of the time, I haven't been able to connect and get an opponent to play with even when I wait for my phone to do it's thing. Because I'm on the very far west coast (in the middle of the pacific), it's easier for me to get on late at night for the east coast. However, it's still very problematic. I do have days when it works great and I think hooray they got it fixed. Then, much to my dismay, it stop working again. It's very frustrating. I hope that it's something they are working on along with the clubhouse improvements. My DD wishes that SuperModelz and the Chef game would come back too. All I can do is continue to be optimistic that improvements will be made!

This has been ongoing since they brought in the stadium. I hate that the stock reply from Ganz is, more often than not, to blame your computer instead of admit they have a problem.
