Timed out / Phone turns off problem

I've called customer service about this repeatedly (1866 Web-Kinz) and have gotten a number of different answers - the latest are that they know about the problem and don't know when it will be fixed. I believe more people need to call and leave a message (it takes a couple of days for them to call back)

Ganz is a small company that is struggling to keep up with the popularity of its product. It appears they are more focused on introducing new products and reducing their manufacturing costs (by retiring the older higher quality pets that cost more to produce) than they are with taking care of the software problems. Imho, they believe if they ignore the problem, people will get frustrated and spend less time online.

Yes it can be hard to get a game. I basically play it early in the mornings or late at night. If you go to the clubhouse and let the phone fully load then go back to the tournament area you can sometimes have good luck getting a game that way.

The problem with what Ganz is doing (focusing on putting out new product at the expense of maintaining the website) is that loyal customers who have several webkinz will stop buying them. As it is now, the only new thing to do is the stadium and I haven't been able to do that since it started, so all they've done is add a new unusable feature at the expense of all the old phone related features. I won't be buying any more webkinz til this is fixed. Its at the point now where I log on, do my daily chores then......what? Everytime I try to go to someones house I get booted, so its not even fun like it used to be anymore.

I think so too. What do they care? They get their money either way.

My strategy for getting into a game is to reboot the phone after it turns off while waiting for a game. Then I switch zones. I try all four before I give up. What really frustrates me now is if I do get on and get a quitter! I try hard no to do TOO well. I'd like to play 2 or 3 games and not have someone quit in the middle of the first because they are losing or didn't get go first.

I quit bingo about a year ago and haven't notice about Kat and Joccy, but I'll have to check that out.

I notice this too- if you invite someone you can play. Occasionally, I can get someone by random selection- however; most of the time it turns off my phone. If you leave your phone up on the screen-you'll see it turns off when the game screen shows up. Add me...lol.... I'll gladly play- esp since the trading rooms are closed!

This happenes to me too. I get so mad it was one of my favorite games. It usually works if I invite someone on my friendlist though.

I actually got lucky and was able to play several games yesterday. I thought, hooray, they got the game working more consistently. But today..... NOPE, it's timing out again! I should've known it was too good to be true.
