Timed out / Phone turns off problem

When attempting to play Atomolicious, the game will frequently show the "Waiting for other user" screen and then after a long wait, I'll receive a "Game timed out" msg and my phone is turned off.

This is frustrating, but repeated attempts often result in success.

I've found that going into the clubhouse and then returning to the tournament area is sometimes helpful when all else fails.

Does anyone else have suggestions?

That happens to me all the time but I didnt know the clubhouse could have been of any help.

That happens to me with every game! It is so annoying, so now I can't play in the Tournament Arena!

Yes, this same problem happened and still happens to me all the time!

I have tried the same method as you and it does work for me sometimes. Sometimes, I can't get through at all.

So far, it's about the best advice you can give someone to try at least to play a time or two.

I wish they would fix these glitches.

I miss the old tournament arena- before May, I didn't have any problems. It seemed to me that the problems arose when they introduced the Statium feature.

I too only noticed these problems when they changed the phones and added the stadium feature. We have tried to play even with "friends" and it still says that it "timed out waiting for ..." then I notice that my phone is turned off.

Its a widespread problem and it started when they introduced the stadium, imo.
It would be nice if Ganz would spend some of the money they are making off of their webkinz and fix their site. I'm at the point where I am not going to buy another one until they do.

It is really annoying and I really like the tournament arena and now since i can't play there I barely get on webkinz cause it's more fun to play with a buddie.

I'm so thrilled to see that atomicolicious finally has it's own folder. I've posted about my frustration with it not working several times. I was hoping that during their scheduled maintenance they would've fixed it, but nope! It still "times out". I have gotten a couple games to work, but that's very few and very far in between. My young daughter misses SuperModelz and some of the other two player games that were easy for her to play. I hope they get it working again soon. I'm finding myself on WW much less often as a result.

I usually just give it a few tries and then give up. I really miss it. I use to play against my husband when he was out of town. It was fun and it made it easier for him to spend his evenings in the hotel room by himself.

Although it seems to be working better these days, it is still not back to where it was before the dreaded stadium started.

This is a great game to make quick money on. It was so much fun, everyone got decent money and it was fun and challenging.

I usually have the same problems. Phone shuts off or I have timed out waiting for an opponent. Sometimes persistence pays off and I get in. Then I encounter another problem. In the middle of the game, I get a pop-up that says "gapi has left". This freezes me and I am unable to play. The only alternative is to click ok, which then shuts the game down and returns me to the main arena. The funny part is that I have NEVER played against an opponent named "gapi". Has this happened to any of you?????
This is getting embarassing, because the person you are playing against doesn't realize that Webkinz World is causing this problem and they think you left intentionally. They must think I am some sort of creep! I have been trying to get Ganz to fix this for over 6 months, but everytime I send an email, I get the same stock reply and nothing gets fixed.

Another unusual thing that started lately, is the shoutouts during the game. While in the game I only have kinzchat available. Not the bar with ask, say, or rap. The next thing I see is my pet shouting out about outfits, rooms, etc. I don't know why this is happening or how it is happening. Last week I tried to turn my phone on and got the message "unable to connect, user name exists". I logged out and turned off my computer. Went to visit my granddaughter and she got on her account while I was there. Well lo and behold, when she turned her phone on, there was my user name with a green smiley face next to it. Somehow I was online and logged in. Even though I wasn't at home, my computer was off, and I was NOT LOGGED IN. When I returned home I sent an email to Ganz, and got a stock email reply. Nothing from them since. CAN ANYONE TELL ME HOW THIS IS POSSIBLE???? HAS IT HAPPENED TO YOU???
