Just Don't Understand

I'm sure there's a thread in here somewhere for this and I can't find it....

I played the game for the first time today and I don't really understand how to do it. How do the droppers work? What are the coins for and the grey atoms? I'm so confused!!

Probably SOMEWHERE there is a thread, but, if there was, I did not find it very quickly, and decided it was much quicker and easier to just answer you questions simply for you here.

Ok, this is one of my favorite games, so pretty familiar with it.

1. the DROPPER will STEAL atoms/fluid out of your OPPONENTS beakers/test tubes. This will usually be added to YOURS to give you a bonus boost to get a head.....as long as they have some in their test tubes.....

Some people get mad when you do this, but...it is a game....

You do need to get at least 3 in a row for it to work and I am trying to remember if you get 4 in a row, if it works as a "4 in a row BONUS" and gives you an extra turn or not.....

You can NOT use the "4 colored" BONUS ball for the test tubes. That will not work.

2. the GREY BALLS will also not work with the "4 colored" BONUS ball.....The Grey Balls will only work with GREY BALLS....and again, you need at LEAST 3 balls. They are considered WILD cards....they CAN give you ANY color or NONE.....

3. the COINS will NOT boost your test tubes at all--REMEMBER---the GAME is based on FILLING each color TEST TUBE....whoever fills theirs up first wins....but someone can have MORE MONEY/POINTS and still have MORE MONEY/POINTS....even though they did NOT fill their test tubes first and "win" the game......

However, back to the game--the COINS do not fill the test tubes, but they GIVE you MONEY!! (YAY!! MONEY!!!).

This is important to know though--when someone steals your "atoms" and "test tubes" solutions with the DROPPERs....they ALSO can take some of your MONEY......

You can NOT use the "4Color" balls to make a 3 in a row of COINS....coins must be COINS....all coins!

If you get 4 or more in a row, you DO get an extra turn.

Just a slight correction/addition to the above. Grey balls are "dead" and give you neither points nor KC. The only time they are of any use is if you can get 4 in a row, as you still get your bonus turn. And speaking of extra turn, if you get 4 or more in a row, you will get an extra turn. Five or more in a row of red, green, blue, or yellow will also give you extra points in each beaker.
