Game doesn't end

I have played a few games now where I've won, but the game seems to be still going for my opponent. Then when my side has the green light again, there is a glitch where I get 5 or 4 in a row of a color over and over again and I can't stop it or even select other squares to switch. I can't tell the other person what is going on.... I wonder if they think I'm just taking my sweet time when in actuality I'm stuck! All this time their "picture" is hanging down with the "error" words flashing. Has this happened to anyone?

that happened to me too but i was playing with my mom who was right next to me!

Yes that happened to my son and I as well, we were in the same room together.

That happens to me every so often, so I have to log out. It gets really annoying.
