Exclamation I JUST CALLED GANZ ABOUT FALL FEST, please help by calling also!

OK, I called three separate times and got three different customer service reps (if you want to call what I encountered "service") and all three said they have checked and there are no problems with the leaves on their end. They fall "randomly". I said well, I have been on for four solid hours on all my accounts, with two computers going and have not seen ONE SINGLE LEAF, so if it's not a glitch, you better tell them to just call off Fall Fest like you did when the rugs didn't work, and have it later in to October. I told her I have thousand of dollars in Webkinz and am a member of WI and have been reading the forums and WE are the ONES who SUPPORT THEM! And WE are not happy! I said that when we look forward to a once -a -year- event and then get nothing, it is very, very, frustrating. I also said that it isn't costing Ganz a single cent to send pixels across a screen so customers can click on them and get more pixels. I told her they better get the leave flying or there are going to be a lot of unhappy customers. This was my first time calling Ganz, and I must say, they were no help at all, but maybe if enough of us call and keep calling, they will do something. I have spent three days on the computer to get about 10 items!!! By the way, I said everything politely but sternly. Don't be rude, we don't want to represent WI in a bad light! Thanks 1-866-GANZ-CALL THEM!

I'v been on every day all day and I've seen about 8 leaves so I too called Ganz and was told the same thing .Ganz is forgetting who surplys the money for their pay check

Well maybe is everybody stopped buying Webkinz, they might get some sense knocked into them

I have been on 3 accounts since early this morning and saw ONE leaf. Now I have to go to work and will not be able to get back on until tomorrow. Bummer.... so frustrating.

With 2 accounts open for hours since it started, I think we caught a total of about 10 leaves (again, we've been on for HOURS...we didn't see 1 leaf in 3 hours).

I just talked to Ganz (as I had a stuck item also), and the rep said he's been getting calls on this since this morning and supposedly they are looking into it. I also reitterated that during all these special click to win fests, it's very rare for us to get many, while I noted to him that others have said that they get to click every 6-11 minutes on the various click to win events. I told him it's very disheartning when some get so many (like griffin rugs), while it took me 9 hours to get 1!

So again, supposedly they are looking into it....

I called last friday. I got the response then. Do me a favor watch or well stare at the clock on your account. Either the clock or slightly above it will flash. On of my asian accounts gets nothing it gets this bizarre flash instead. I did end up getting leaves but I have 7 accounts up. Some accounts get leaves every 6 minutes some accounts get none. I really think this timed flash is suppose to be a leaf but is a glitch instead.

Five accounts and not one leaf. The same thing happened last fall fest and the winter fest. My granchildren have lost interest in WW. I will NOT be buying any more webkinz. There has been way to many disappointments with WW. Also, who can afford to try a make all that great new clothing? Why can't we just purchase those clothes in th w-shop? Everyone is looking forward to new clothes and this is what Ganz does. We will be letting all accounts expire. Just not fun anymore.

I have also been noticing this flash or slight change in the screen, but everytime I look to see if I missed a leaf enter the scree, there is nothing there! Hmmmmm.......

Every time I call Ganz they are very polite and helpful!

if you do choose to call, they are very professional over the phone

and in my experience try very hard to please their customers.
