I'm not sure why you forfeited yours. My son hasn't taken a vacation for several months. His deluxe vacation tickets just accumulate. He had 3 last month and now (Nov. 1) he has 4 in his "my ticket book". Check your "book" and make sure yours aren't still in there.

Concur. I have the same vacations just sitting there waiting to be used. Just realized it during trick or treating (did not need to buy one for T or T when the main clubhouse was down); I actually thought that you only got a vacation once a year, not once a month. Guess I didn't read very well--this time with a very positive result!!

My ? now becomes - do each of you have a glitch?
Prior to signing up our accounts for Deluxe, I called and spoke to a Ganz operator (whose name I DO have) and she informed me that "each of the members will need to take their vacation each month or they lose it." And like clockwork, we have lost a few months of the FREE vacations because I have not sent the pets on a vacation.

So can you imagine when I posted a gentle reminder thread on OCT 31 that this is the last day for your OCTOBER Deluxe FREE vacation or you forfeit!
I am curious if we are the only Deluxe accounts that are operating like this?!

I've got 5 vacation tickets sitting on my account right now. You have no tickets whatsoever? I'm sorry if you lost them by not using them but it does seem like the rest of us can hang on to them. I'd let Ganz know (especially since they're still giving out those lovely air boxes).
