Is anyone else having this problem? Please help!

I tried on 5 American accounts and got the gift basket and the card. I was was after 12 p.m. kinz time.

I have logged on to 7 american accounts and i get this eeror message on each one:

ok the image thing did not work but it said im sorry we cannot connect to webkinz world you will now be logged out

Your lucky. I have an american account and every time I log in I get the message sorry we can
t connect to ww right now. Same problem last year- took all day and 1 child didn't get a basket because of it.

it has been doing this all week now, not coming back on untill around 6:30 or 7oam, hs is not fair as i do not think it is off like this on the asian accounts, because i have one on that tie zone and it is never off this long as it changes from one day to the next. i think maybe we should start to complain to Ganz about this issue. thanks

I went on at midnight and got my gift. I am glad I did I can't get on now and will be gone all day. I just feel bad bacasue my sister got into town at one this morning with her two kids and the three of them did not get on when they got here. I hope it is back up before we have to leave in an hour.

I noticed that our card was dated April 11. This morning everything was waiting for us, but I thought it was odd that our card was dated early.

I logged on after 9am KT and received the card but no gift. My card was sent yesterday, but was not there last night. We have never received any gifts - Webkinz Day, Halloween, Christmas, etc. We only receive cards. I am not even looking forward to Webkinz Day because it will be another disappointment. We have been on Webkinz for 3 years and have 27 Webkinz.
