Glad you came by to meet all my pets !!

Here I share the names of all my wonderful pets + where the names came from !!

If there is no explanation for a pet name, that means I just though, oh, that'd be a nifty name for X pet

If you like the name you are welcome to use it for yourself, but please give me credit for the name if you are asked or use it in a forum, thanks =)

As of right now I have posted the names of my pets in my Asian + European accounts ... I will list the names of the pets in my American account later. As the American is my main account, that means A LOT of pet names will be added in the near future, so checkback soon !!

FEATURED PETS !!

Loki + Remi Happyfeet, :pgn: :pgn:
Numero 1 + 2 pets I ever adopted. Loki is the Norse God of Mischief, with the last name coming from the movie about a very cute penguin named Mumble Happyfeet. Got the 2nd penguin as a free code from Ganz when I had stuck items in my room, so it ended up being her twin brother. Named it Remi after my cat. Back history is that I wanted to name my cat Loki but decided against it cause do you really want a pet with claws that you don't want destroying the house named after a God of Mischief ? So that's why Loki was the 1st name I could think of for my first ever webbie !! The only problem with naming the brother Remi is that my cat is a girl + it really confuses me when I go to dress Remi, hee hee !

Named after the little girl that runs around yelling "boo !" from Monsters, Inc. The last name of Gibbs is the last name of the girl that voiced Boo's character.

Named after the abominable snowman in Rudolph, the Red-Nosed Reindeer

Well I wanted to name her Charlotte Standen which is the name of a species of Reindeer ... but "Stan" or "Sta" must be illegal in WW cause it wouldn't let me use that in the last name ... so I put the last name Verde which means "green" in I think Spanish

Named after the one-eyed monster from Monsters, Inc.

Named after Rodney Copperbottom in the animated movie Robots. Last name is the last name of the actor that played him (and the most awesomest actor ever), Ewan McGregor, also known as Obi Wan Kenobi in the new Star Wars movies.

Named after my cat growing up that was black + white, though not in the same way as the webbie ... maybe more grey + black with some white sprinkled in !

Named after my parent's cat, Samantha, who was named after the lead character of the ol' TV show Bewitched. Back story is that she adopted us on Halloween night several years back. A gentleman came knocking on our door on Halloween holding her + asking if she was ours. We said no + he put her back on our yard where he found her. As it was Halloween + were worried she would be messed with by kids looking to do some trouble, we put her in the garage. Since it was so cold that night, I snuck into the garage + put her in my room, and the rest, as they say, is history. Though she is not Siamese, I think she is probably part Siamese as she has the blue eyes + talkative ever meowing nature of a Siamese

Founder of the college I attended in NYC

Bernie Mac,
Bernie is a nick-name for Bernard, and inspired me to name him after the famous comedian. I'm paranoid to play with him cause I kinda named him the day before Bernie Mac passed away (I hadn't been paying attention to the news + didn't even know he was sick)

Pepe Le Mew,
Pepe Le Pew is an old Looney Toons skunk that's always hopping after a black cat that got white paint on her back so he mistakes her for a female skunk. Changed the Le Pew to Le Mew cause I love all things kitty !

Po + Su Lin,
Su Lin is a panda from San Diego, who according to Red_Panda_Lover is leaving for China next year; Po is a character from Kung Fu Panda (hi-ya !!) + decided that he would be the brother of Su, so they have the same last name

Ranger Smith,
The ranger that oversees the forest that Yogi + Cindy Bear live in. Named the monkey after the ranger cause he shares a room with them on my account.

R J Willis, :rac:
RJ is the raccoon from Over The Hedge (and if you haven't seen this movie, you have to ... very funny movie by [cough] Dreamworks Animation). Last name is that of the actor that voices him, Bruce Willis.

Named after Yogi Bear's "girl friend". Wanted her to be Boo Boo (+ male) instead, but Boo ... I was gonna say it's an illegal name but it let me name my other pet Boo Gibbs ... Well Boo Gibbs is on my European account, and I was trying to name my bear Boo Boo on my Asian account, so maybe that made a difference ? Anyways, Boo Boo is Yogi's friend, and Yogi Bear is often heard saying "Hey Boo Boo !!"

Cuddles may be the name of a cartoon Porcupine, but I couldn't get the page to load so not sure about that, but thought it an ironic name for a porcupine. Hystrix is a genus of porcupine that contains what are the best known + most distinctive of the Old World porcupines
