What is this?
Like most of the other threads here this is a thread to come on in and meet mine and my girlfriend’s Webkinz Family. Our family is ever expanding with at least one new Kinz a month. When we adopt a new baby we have a story for them, (a bio) then a Job and how they fit into our story line. For a while we would just share our ideas with each other, until I got the idea to join the other WI members in making a Webkinz Family Thread. So here it is...

What will I find in here?
Of course you are going to find nonstop info about our favorite things, WEBKINZ! There will be biographies of our pets, blog / diary posts by the Kinz, new Kinz Spotlight, and every day adventures around our household. We hope that after looking through our threads you will come to love our family just as much as we do. (See below for a complete list of all of the cool things you will find here)

How did I (octgreen17) get started?
The story to this is simple. It was the year of 2006, February. I teach a Sunday School Class to a group of ladies. One of my students would bring in these really cute little plush animals. One day I asked her about them and she explained the wonderful world of Webkinz to me. I went home and googled ‘webkinz’ and I found tons of stuff, including cute little pictures of the Kinz. A few days after I was walking in a store and I found a display of them. I begged my mum and dad to buy me one, (the frog… I love frogs) and after some begging they bought me and my sister each one.

I went home and joined the Webkinz Community. It did not take me long to get addicted to it. I now have over 70 Webkinz on three accounts. (greenfrog17, greypuppy17, greenlizard17)

*Just a little side note, I do play on all three of my accounts, but most of my time is spent on my third account. Most of the post here will be made about the third account. All Bios, Storylines, Blog Posts ect. Occasionally I might throw in something from one of my first two accounts, but most will come from the third one*

Who is Married to Whom?
This is the section devoted to the blossoming relationships and marriages on all three account but mostly centered on Greenlizard17’s Account. (Please take note that all of my Webkinz have different ages. It just seems a bit silly to have all the Kinz only being as old as they are from their birthdates.) When all of the Bio's are up you will be able to see their ages and their children.

This is the area where I list the various jobs of the pets on Greenlizard’s Account. They range from amusement park operator, store owner, restaurant owner, master farmer, librarian ect… Most of the older Kinz do have jobs.

The Plot Line to Greenlizard17…. (How it all got started)
On my first two accounts, I just had the Kinz on there and played around with them. Made rooms and had no central storyline. Then last August I was a little bored, I wanted something more to play around with. I just got my last pay check from my summer babysitting job. The uptown store sold Webkinz for 10 dollars. I road my bike up there and got the Crocodile and the Lemon Lime Gecko. I was going through a bit of a Pirate of the Caribbean Phase and I thought what the heck why not make a new account and have a Pirate theme. Long story short… I adopted then named them and started the story line. (See a bit below for the Webkinz Story!)

Things That You Need to Know about Greenlizard17’s Account…
1. It all started with Davy Jones and Tia Dalma and their Pirate Ship. (See the story below) (The Kinz in other relationships will be posted under the meet my family area soon)
2. Davy Jones and Tia Dalma sail the world bringing all kinds of Kinz onto their Ship.
3. My Kinz were found by Tia Dalma and Davy Jones from all over the world. (Again refer to their Bio’s to learn more)
4. Davy Jones and Tia Dalma are married and have a son, Oasis.
5. Peaches and Beckett are also married and have an adopted daughter, Aurora.
6. Jack Sparow and Gracella are married and have 2 daughters, Admina and Kiwi.
7. The Greenlizard Account is a community on a Pirate Ship. (A Community that includes, separate houses, places to visit, shopping areas, stores ect.)
8. Most of the pets have a job or jobs. (Jobs are listed under the Meet the Family Section)
9. There are other families on here; Webkinz that have met on the ship and have fallen in love. Sometimes you might even get to join them on their dating adventures.
10. This account has the most Kinz on it out of all three. (33 and counting)
11. Some of my Kinz have special abilities. (Magical Skills, ability to control the elements, ect. There will be descriptions about this in their Bio’s.)

When we get a new Webkinz on our account, my girlfriend and I would like to give you all a chance to get to know that new Kinz. So when a new Kinz is adopted, (no matter what account. My first accounts need to be updated to stay activated), we will take some time and Spotlight that Kinz. The spotlights will be posted here in this area.

Meet Edana

Edana is our newest Webkinz. She was adopted today from the eStore. We named her Edana which is the feminine form of Aidan which means fire (how fitting for a phoenix).

Her birthday is May 13th and she is currently 17 years old a nice teenager. She just recently joined the Pirate Ship when it docked in a small port in The Red Sea. She was working at a museum and going to college.

Edana is passionate about art and history.

Once in a while there is a picture that is just too cute to pass up, so once a week a picture will be posted here with a caption as to what is going on in the image.

Evadne's 13th Birthday Party

Lookie here, it's Evadne Birthday and everyone has came out to celebrate with her. (Evadne is the Lil' Kinz Sea Horse.) And what better place to have a huge 13th birthday party then in the newly opening nightclub owned by Peaches (Woolly Mammoth behind the bar). Take some time to look over the image and notice Cagney standing close to Halyn... is he about to ask her to dance? What are the other Lil' Kinz talking to the birthday girl about?

Well, soon these questions will be answered with the new Video Comic coming soon. For now sit back and look at the image and take a good look at the Kinz and await their first adventure.

Aurora’s Blog

New things are happening all the time in the lives of Greenlizard’s Kinz. Some of the time, things happen that not even I or my girlfriend know. So we have a secret spy working for us inside of the Greenlizard Pirate Ship, Aurora. She is the smallest Kinz, the lamb. Her best friend is Oasis and the two of them together spy on the other Kinz and cause trouble.

Webkinz Stories

Me and my girlfriend love to write stories about our Kinz. Our stories are much longer then the comics and tend to have less pictures, but they still are wonderful pieces of info about our Kinz. Sometimes these will be written by one of us and from an objective point of view. And other times the Kinz themselves will steal the pen and write something.

Updating Schedule:

Both my girlfriend and I are in school and run 2 forums. We will not be able to give updates every day but every few days one or two updates will be made. The best chance to look in for some updates would be Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday.

Tia Dalma and Davy Jones Story!

Davy Jones and Tia Dalma are two adventurous Kinz that inherited a lump sum of money from Davy Jones daddy, Danny Jones. These two crazy kids after they got their money went off and got married and bought a pirate ship deciding to spend all of their time sailing the world and meeting new people. They left port when they were eighteen and have been traveling ever since then. Their homestead was a small island in the Caribbean, so they decided to sail north to America a place that neither of them ever visited. This is a story about their first time in a ship.

Tia Dalma was in their bedroom tidying up the only room on their ship that was used. Their ship was large and had too many rooms for the both of them, but they soon were going to change that and fill it up with people all over the world. Their first stop, America. They had been sailing for weeks, nothing but the two of them and the open sea.

“Tia, land ahoy,” Davy said from above. Tia was excited thinking that they finally got to some form of land even if it might not be America. She knew it was too early for that. Tia put down her dust pan and broom and went to Davy. He was grinning ear to ear.

“Congrats, Davy, you’ve done it.” She said kissing his cheek.

“Yes we have.” He responded and then they busied themselves by docking their large ship on port. It was a bit more difficult than they anticipated. But thankfully a nice bat and chicken who were working their port helped them pull the ship into the dock.

“Thank you.” Davy Jones said shaking their hands. “I am Davy Jones and this is my wife, Tia Dalma.”

“I am Jack Sparrow and this is my wife Gracella. Would you like to come back to our house for something to eat?” The bat called Jack asked.

“That sounds lovely.” Tia Damla responded.

The four of them walked back with the two bird critters to their little hut. They were told they were on, Birde-av-Paree-Dize Island. The four of them had a healthy meal provided by their hosts and had a wonderful dinner conversation. They found out that Gracella and Jack were married around the same time that Tia Dalma and Davy Jones were.

The talking lasted into the night and Gracella invited them to stay the night. The next morning Davy Jones convinced Jack Sparrow a pirate to join them on their journey. Jack missing the pirate life accepted and became the First Mate.

Tia Dalma and Davy Jones were happy to have friends with them on their ship, it made it less lonely on their journey.

Halyn

Meaning: Unique and Special, Unlike Another

Hi, I’m Halyn, the Bengal Tiger. I’m 20 years old and currently reside in the pirate ship of Davy Jones and Tia Dalma. Of course I didn’t always live with them on the pirate ship. I was born in my native home, India on December 6th more specifically in the Western Ghats forest. I never knew my father since my mother just happened to cross his territory and fell in love with him. After my birth me, my little brother and mother went on to find our own territory. This was not always easy because of male rivals.

At the age of 18 months my mother found the time right to let us lead our own life.
At first I loved the freedom but soon I felt lonely and I grew hungry. I was afraid of the other tigers they were rude and mean to me. I strayed further away from the forest and discovered my first passion, cooking. I never liked the taste of raw meat and rarely ate it. One day I saw a black tiger making a fire. I was intrigued by this and approached her. She was friendlier than any of our kind and taught me the wonders of cooking.

I stayed with her cooking and starting a little business near Bangladesh. A lot of our fellow tigers came and enjoyed the delights of cooked meat. Most of them got tired of hunting and had never tasted such a delightful meal. Our business grew quickly allowing not only tigers to come and eat at our little restaurant. This is where I met Davy Jones and Tia Dalma.

I was intrigued by them when I heard them talking about their adventures and their magnificent pirate ship. As I was intrigued they were delighted by my cooking skills. When I asked them a couple of questions about how they lived and what they did, they finally asked me to join be their amazing chef.

I had never been away from Suriname but my tiger blood seared for adventure and something new. I accepted their offer to join and be their chef. Only a few days later did I finally leave Bangladesh with the pirate ship. Old Suriname was sad to see me go but she decided to stay and keep her business going.

From that day on I have travelled the world and seen many beauties of the world among one of the residents, Cagney a handsome male leopard. I fell for him since he first came into my little kitchen and enjoyed a small sober, yet delightful meal. I hope one day I’ll find some courage in my tiger heart to ask him out on a date.

Aurora

Meaning: Dawn

Hi everyone! My name is Aurora and I am a Lil’ Kniz Lamb. I am nine years old and I live on a pirate ship with my adopted parents, Peaches (a Woolly Mammoth) my mommy and Beckett (a Sabertooth Tiger) my daddy. They have only been my parents for a short time. I never used to live on a ship but on a farm in Kansas in the United States of America.

I lived on the farm for the first four years of my life. I had a mommy sheep and a daddy ram. I had two brothers and one sister. We were a happy little family on the farm. That all changed when the farmer got into money trouble and had to sell all of his land and animals to pay off some debts. One day some scary men came into the farm and took my whole family. I was really small and tiny so I hid in between some boards in the wall. I had to watch my whole family get taken away, there was nothing I could do.

When I thought it was safe enough I moved from my hiding spot and began walking away from the farm. I walked for what seemed like forever, (but it was only a few days). I had no food or water so I got very sick. The next thing I know I woke up on a ship and this really pretty person was looking at me, my mommy. She said she found me sick and brought me back to her home to make me feel better. She asked my name and I told her I didn’t have one. When she asked about my family, I told her they were gone.

On the ship, I met all kinds of funny creatures coming into my room and wishing me health. A few days later, I was all better and I was asked if I wanted to stay on the ship. I was scared in my life before, walking around with no family or friends, and I was so little, I decided to stay and Peaches asked if she could be my mommy and Beckett my daddy. We then had to go and talk to Mister Davy Jones and he made us a family.

For the past five years I have lived with my new family on their ship. We travel all over the world meeting new people and making new friends. Occasionally, one of the people we meet on our journeys will join our crew. On those days we get to have a big party with a lot of food. I love going to school on the ship and I have a wonderful teacher, Nalla. My best friend is Oasis a Lil’ Kinz frog and we like playing pranks on the people, write stories together, play games in the game area and at the amusement park, as well as, spending every waking moment together.

I cannot take credit for Halyn's Bio, my girlfriend was the brains behind that. She is quite creative. She will be posting more as soon as she gets her computer fixed.
