HI! Welcome to my little webkinz thread. I only have 15 webkinz, and one is virtual, so throughout my updates you will see only- gasp- 14 webbies. But they're chock full of fun, how-to's and documentaries....well, not really. Plus: I have ice cream!

About Alyssa's First Webkinz

When I was talking to my friend, Dawn, all she could talk about was playing with her pink poodle on Webkinz. It is September of 2007."What's Webkinz?" I ask. She gasps and explains. "That's pretty cool. Can I come over and see?"

A day later, I head over to her house. The computer is on and logged in to Dawn's Webkinz account. She is showing me the site and I think, this is pretty cool. I have to try this out.

On the fifth of october, I arrive at the local Hallmark. I search around before finding the Webkinz rack. I see several adorable pets. I pick the pug. I love pugs. I head to the register and check out.

Once I get home, I am on the computer swiftly. I register on Webkinz, and I realize how great it is! I couldn't wait to get another.

Behind the Names of Our Cast

Poogle: It just sounds cool! It sounds like Pug but changed.

Haruhi: She is named after the main character in Ouran High School Host Club. When I adopted her I loved that show.

Sakura: This is "Cherry Blossom" in Japanese. It sounds so pretty!

Cattail: I got this frog in virtual cards, and I thought, since frogs are known for swamps, and swamps are known for cattails, why not!

Prancer: "You know Dasher and Dancer and Prancer and Vixen..."

Mumble: Ever seen Happy Feet?

Sweetie: I thought this beagle looked really sweet!

Oink: Oink's a pig.

Renge Hoshakuji: This is another character in OHSHC. The character has OCD, is crazy, is French, laughs oddly, and makes GREAT entrances. This one isn't like that.

Nanaka Kirasato: This is a character from Nanaka 6/17. It is not quite popular at all, but I LOVE it, not matter how short it was.

Molly: I know a Shih Tzu with this name, but I thought it REALLY fit for the White Terrier.

Caree: Caree is a Webkinz Cares pets....hmmm....

Taylor: Even though Taylor is a boy, I named him after Taylor Swift!

Charlie: Charlie Cardinal is the mascot of Ball State University, the college my parents both attended. So I named Charlie after their mascot!

Dakota: Isn't Dakota just the BEST name for an Artic Fox (no offense artic fox owners with other names )?

Misty-May: Misty-May, the volleyball player. I think she is pretty fit....lol! Plus, Misty is watery.

What Webkinz I Want and Their Personalities

Blue Trigger Fish named Annie Vickers (sugarland, baby!): Good ol' country fish, knows how the real rednecks run (trust me, this will be a realistic character, because I personally know myself).

Lil Elephant named Mouse: Has every phobia on Earth, he can't eat without jumping twice out of fear.

White Swan named Belle: Not like Twilight, like Beauty and The Beast. She will be kind, gentle, and truly caring about what's inside of people and not what's outside. Yet, she'll be a total pushover, and some of the meaner (not naming GIGI!!!! any webkinz) webkinz will abuse her power.

Sheep named Mary Sue: She will be absolutely perfect in everyway, and therefore everyone will hate her. Poor Mary Sue! OR Alternative: Younger, sillier, clumsier webkinz without any expierence for everything with the name "Katherine."

Bat named Benny: Ever watched George Lopez? She'll be sarcastic, rude, greedy, and she'll have no consideration for others. And you can imagine if I got her and Belle......

Brown Cow called Hershey: He will be everyone's non-best-friend best-friend. Everyone will love Hershey.

5. My Schedule! This may change due to the late spring sports season. Basketball ended so right now I'm open in those times, but I'm probably going to take singing lessons, softball and volleyball so...Remember not all free time is spent on here. I have a life to live

3rd part: Caree, Poogle and Molly go on an adventure.
4th part: Caree, Poogle and Molly have to race against the clock.
5th part: Caree, Poogle and Molly solve the mystery and have a finale.

Just bragging. Once I can find my camera cord, I'll be able to put Mac & Cheese, Trip Down the Stairs and all parts of the Gymnastics Tourney up. For Taylor Goes to the Doctor, I either need to re-do it or put it on my dad's computer and then transfer because I used a different, bad quality camera.

How to make mac & cheese with Oink! Part 1


"Hi, I'm Oink! Today we are going to make my favorite food, mac and cheese! I get some, right?" (Nope!)

"First, we get this pot out. We'll cook the food in here."

"Then we fill it with water. Blech, this pot looks disgusting!" Don't worry, Oink, the food will turn out fine.

"Now, we put it on the stove."

"Is it okay if I turn the stove on?" Sure. You better ask every single time. (Moral: always ask before you use a stove!)


"Now we wait for it to boil. Let's watch TV!"

"I like this show! Hey, let's check on the water, now."

"Ewww!" Okay, it's ready. Time for the noodles.

"Mmm, my favorite kind! I better hope Sweetie doesn't get a whiff of this. She'll eat it." That's mean.

"You have to take the cheese OUT first. Unless you want to cook a plastic bag of fake sprinkle cheese with your noodles." ("I should try that sometime!")

"Show me the noodles!"

"It's so foggy in the pot. I can't see our food!" It'll turn out fine, I told you!

*Stirring* "Now, if it doesn't, can I have a cookie?" NO! Never ask that question again if you value your hat.

"It's like a whirlpool! I can jump in?" Never ask that, either. No!
