meet my webkinz family, please post what you think!! UPDATE 1/04/10: I have a new WW family member!! Please help me in welcoming : Twigz!!

Hey guys, just wanted to introduce you all to my WW family!! I'll post them in the order that I got them and the story behind their names. If the specific pet is a girl her name will be in pink and if it's a boy his name will be in blue.


The following pets inside of the spoilers no longer belong to me but i would still like to share them with you. Feel free to use the names if you'd like.

1. Terri the lil kinz white terrier
I named her terri b/c i had NO idea what else to name her... lol... but after I named her I realized that it made me think of Terri Irwin.

2. Balto the husky
I'm absolutely obsessed with the story of Balto, I haven't been his statue but plan to really soon!!

3. Cealia the white seal
lol... real creative huh? Well, Cealia is named after the best friend of the main character in one of my favorite series of books... well, i haven't read them in a while b/c I've gotten a bit old for them. Many of you probably have never heard of the series but it's called Mandie Mysteries. And i changed the spelling quite a bit too... but yes, I did it intentionally, lol.

4. Marmalade the lil kinz gold & white cat
idk why... I was going to name her Goldilocks b/c that has been my nickname ever since I was born... but I thought I might be a bit common and decided on Marmalade instead.

5. Sherlock Holmes the lil kinz basset hound
Easy, I love SH and thought the name went well with the basset hound's PSI!

6. Blackbeard the black bear
Well, i'd been on webkinz for a while and really like the pirate theme, so I got my bear and thought up a name that was both piratey and black bearish!

7. Dark Sunshine the lil kinz horse
I wanted to name her Penny but, like Goldilocks, thought it would be a bit common. So from another series that i used to read quite a bit I used the name (plus she looked like a Dark Sunshine to me). The series is called Phantom Stallion.

8. Simba the lil kinz lion
I know, REALLY common... idk why I named him that but I love that movie, lol.

9. Hobbes the lil kinz alley cat
Ok, well... I used to have a cat named Hobbes. He was 14 years old so I know he wasn't going to be around much longer, so when I got my alley cat for my birthday last year thats what I named him, we had to put Hobbes down April 13th of this year.

10. Bellatrix the black cat
I LOVE Harry Potter and since my sister named hers Sirius Black I had to pic a different name, so since I like the name Bellatrix I decided on that!

11. Comet the reindeer
Well... I had a BUNCH of name choices so since at the time i was studying comets in science I chose that!

12. Agent K9 the german shepherd
Well, at first I just wanted to name her K9... but I thought that that was kinda boring so I added Agent in front since I had just seen the name Get Smart movie. Basically I changed it from Agent 99 to Agent K9.

13. Gabby the lil kinz googles
Well, the name of one of my BFF's is Gabby and since she gave me my googles for christmas I thought that it would be nice to name her Gabby, besides I find it quite fitting! And in return she named the cardinal that I gave her for christmas after me!

14. Cobalt the black horse
I named him after the horse from The Saddle Club books and show.

15. Mistletoe the cardinal
Well... I was stumped on this one, so I just named her Mistletoe... I have NO idea why though, well... other then it being christmas time... lol

16. Corben the blue triggerfish
Yay, my first (and only fish at the time) fish!! Well... I saw that his PSF was Cordon Bleu... and the last name reminded me of Corben Bleu so I just named him Corben.

17. Sam the persian cat
Named after another one of my cats that died about 7 years ago... I think. He was a HUGE fluffy cat (i swear he was part Maine Coon... LOL), the persian reminded me so much of him that I decided to name him Sam.

18. Tigerlily the tiger
Well... I love tigerlilys, they are so pretty, and plus I love Peter Pan.

19. Majestic the lil kinz unicorn
OK, so far Majestic is my absolute favorite... aren't I terrible?! Anyway, I was able to get her off of e-bay for about $5 plus free shipping and i was SOOOO happy! Well, I wanted to name her something that was true about her and... Majestic seemed PERFECT! I didn't want something like... Sparkles though...

20. Hoppy Potter the spotted frog
OK... first of all... I'm SOOO kicking myself... lol... I adopted him RIGHT before Ganz announced that the spotted frog was going to a the POTM for July... but thats OK. Anywho... like I mention before I a huge HP fan so, since he's a frog, I named him HOPPY Potter. And, he is in the wizard theme from the w-shop with his Hogwarts uniform on, lol!

21. Fleecity the lil kinz lamb
OK, well I like the name Felicity so I went to a name'n'rate shop and asked for some lamb names and FLEECEity was one of them and I LOVED it. So I can't take ANY of the credit for this name.

22. Avril the cc bunny
OK, this is the last one I PROMIE, lol. This was actually one of the other names in the list of names for my lamb. So I chose this since I adopted her in April and plus I love the singer Avril. For those of you who might not know this, Avril is the french word for April.

23. Dr. Watson the lil kinz st. bernard
Well, he and Sherlock Holmes are sharing a room and I though that that would be a great name!!

24. Gracie the white swan
OK... i had several name ideas... but I though of her name b/c swans are graceful creatures and Gracie seemed to fit!

25. Tempest the grey arabian
ok so... one day at church we started to sing one of my favorite songs and the word Tempest came up. I though it was perfect for the arabian, it especially goes well with the color!

26. Crookshanks the signature calico cat
Well, as i've mentioned before i'm a HUGE harry potter fan... I though Crookshanks was perfect for the calico cal since they look so much a like... well.... close enough... lol

These webkinz are on my 2nd account which is still in my possession.

27. Togo the signature timber wolf
Togo, like Balto, is a real life dog that saved many lives. I found out about Togo while doing an English assignment (the theme was famous dogs). I thought the name fit perfectly!!


28. Bea Bumble the hummingbird
Ok, to be perfectly honest, i had no idea what to name her. So i asked one of my friends, tunatova and she suggested Bea & Bumble. I liked both so much i just put them together into one name!


29. Twigs the lil kinz koala
idk, it just seemed fitting since they like to climb trees, plus i think it's really cute.

I've got one of my cats named Fluffy :ccat: after the cat that I grew up with; I was a baby when we got her; she passed away the year after I graduated high school! she was my buddy.

I'm so sorry about Hobbes; he will live on in the hearts of all that knew and loved him.

Wow, she lived quite a long time. I think Hobbes would have too (he was one of those pets where they hold on FORever) but we had to put him down. We didn't think he was right in the head... ...
