Hi everyone, I'm dancerkinzgirl4, or just Dance for short. I used to have a picture thread here in 2008... but, let's just say that it was a booming success for the majority of the time, and then it just, well, it tanked because I just ran out of time and was too busy to picturethread last year.

Now the camera's charged, the webkinz are out, and I'm snapping away! I definitely missed picture stories, and I'm excited to get back on the bandwagon!

I originally got the idea from Ming and her webkinz, and it was Sara (sararoxmysox) and her webbies that got me inspired to start again! So thanks to both of you!

ABOUT ME:

Hi! My name is Dance (well, not really, but you get the point.) I started Webkinz when I got one for my birthday a few years ago, and from then on I was hooked. I love taking pictures and creative writing, so obviously picture stories are great for me! Other then WI, I dance, do music, and I love watching American Idol and SYTYCD. Some of my updates are based around them too!

My old thread is HERE, but it is closed and you can't post, which is why I'm making this new one.

ABOUT MY WEBKINZ:

They enjoy throwing things at me. Something about wanting their names before mine in the credits of all the updates we do. They're mostly girls, and a sweet, fantastic, and colourful bunch who are all camera hogs and brave explorers.

I know a lot of people love when Webkinz have quirks, and boy, are mine quirky. For instance, Peyton takes everything you say (especially expressions) literally. Lacey randomly wanders off sometimes. Calley and I sometimes get into spats (which is a real pleasure when she's blogging.). Camille is a fashionista, Lei Kei is a peacekeeper, and Kiki feels the need to wear a raincoat when it rains, even though she's a frog. Mookie and Maya are best friends, and Bianca is in love with Michael Johns from American Idol.

And that's just the beginning.
(no, my webkinz don't have disorders. That's not my thing. They have quirky personalities that develop over my updates. I'm not stealing ideas, and I'm not saying I made up quirkiness. :] To find out more quirks, read my old picture thread. There's tons.)

I also have 2 Zumbuddies, Pika the giggly zum, and Zuma the zippy zum. They'll be appearing in updates from now on.

ABOUT THE THREAD:
Types of Updates:

Picture Stories: Most of my updates will be picture stories about my Webkinz. They can be going out on trips to the store, the backyard, and more awesome places; or they can be just hanging out around the house, going on adventures.

Calley's Blog: Sometimes my webkinz Beagle, Calley, likes to post blogs about my life, happenings around the house, and special events with Dance and the Webkinz.

Webkinz Theatre Productions: This is any time the webkinz are acting out a story or play. For example, they acted out Romeo and Juliet. WTP usually have multiple parts and are based on real stories, with some quirks, twists, and 'dance-touches' on them.

MY SCHEDULE:

I am a very busy person- so I don't always have time to update. I aim for once a week, but I don't always get there. But, if I have a relaxing week, I'll try for a few updates. Here's my weekly schedule:

Sunday: Potential Update Day! My homework is usually done on this day, though.
Monday: School until 3. Potential update day! No lessons or anything. :]
Tuesday: School and guitar, don't count on updates today.
Wednesday: School and dance, don't count on updates today.
Thursday: School until 3. Potential update day!
Friday: School until 3. Definite potential update day!
Saturday: This is mostly when my updates are up, even though I have music too.

It takes a day or 2 to make an update, to upload and create the story. :]

Update #1 - Well, This is Embarassing.

Summary: Let's introduce Dance's new webbies and get back on the road of picture stories! But... there's a little roadblock.

Wait... where are we? Dance isn't listed! Let's use the search button.

Bella types and Faith uses the mouse.

Wait... CLOSED? We're CLOSED?

Well, this is embarassing.

Guys, come on out, we can make a new thread with tons of new stories for everyone to read!

Faith texted all of the Webkinz (although I'm not sure how, they don't have phones) to tell them we're going to update again!

Lolz, luff the first update. Well, this is embarrasing too: my Cotton Candy Bunny, named Blossom, has narcalepsy. She falls asleep at any random moment!!

Hey WI! Since Dance has been gone for so long, we decided to share with you some cool stuff that happened to her lately!

Now, since Dance's room is being renovated, you'll have to come behind the dresser with us to get to her bookshelf! Past the trash can we go!

Lacey, what are you getting?

Oh! My American Idols Tour book! Well, that's definitely something cool that happened. Let's go show it to WI.

Ella, now what are you getting?

Oh yeah! The So You Think You Can Dance Tour book! We can show WI both of our tour souvenirs!
NOTE FROM DANCE: My mom and I were so lucky, we saw both the American Idols and the SYTYCD cast when they came up to Canada on their tour! We saw the Idols in August and the Dancers in September. That's pretty much the most exciting thing that happened.

"I'll open the Idol book!"

"And I'll get Dance's Idol shirt!"

When Dance saw the Idols, she and her friend got to wait and meet them afterwards, so Dance got all of their autographs but 2!

Oh, here comes Zoey with Dance's shirt!

"What do you think, a perfect fit?"

"Here, I'll put the Idol shirt away and get out the Dance one!"

Perfect! Hey, wait a second... YOU GUYS CAN'T MAKE A MOVE ON KRIS ALLEN, HE IS MARRIED!

"Fine, fine." Here's Dance's SYTYCD tour book! She met all the dancers too, lucky child.

(NOTE FROM DANCE: Any SYTYCD fans out there, this is the rose that Jeanine danced her solo with at our tour stop. At the end, she tossed it to me from onstage. I pretty much died of happiness.)

Hey guys, I just finished loading my new Webkinz onto the computer! 67 BABY! <3 It's a lot, but this little one was too, too cute to resist. I chose the Silversoft Cat, and her name's Jeanine! (Hmm, guess where that name came from

) I'd totally reccomend this one, cuddliest Webkinz I own, for sure! So cute! I'm gonna make a quick update with Jeanine tonight and post it tomorrow evening.

And welcome aboard to everyone!
