You won't be able to post it from WI anyway on TinyPic.
You could try separating it into 2 different videos using Windows Movie Maker.

The only way to is through PhotoBucket. Separate the video into multiple videos then upload them. | | | |

*UPDATE TIME!* Va Va Vanilla *Starring* Sunny Stacy Tony Stacy was sitting there, bored. 
Sunny comes in. "Guess what? Jamie got new deoderant and it's called Va Va Vanilla! It smells really really good and I can't stop smelling it!!" Sunny blurts out.   "You can't keep smellling that! Smell something else for a change. Like Aeropostale Perfume!" Stacy suggests.   
(aeropostale HAILEY) "It smells really yummy!" Stacy says. Sunny opens it and smells it. "It's not the same!" She blurts out. "Va Va Vanilla will always be my favorite thing to smell!" 
Tony walks in 
He picks up the deoderant...
...and throws it accross my bedroom!  "Give me the perfume..." Mumbles Sunny.  Tony smiles.
