I am sorry that you would have preferred the tree...and that Ganz fixed the glitch before you spun. Just so you know the tree cannot be Kinz posted or traded so whichever account it originates on is the account it stays on.
I really hope you enjoy decorating with your gate.

I struggle with the same decision for the same reason. My daughter LOVED the tree, I didn't care for it. What made me make up my mind was the fact that the tree was in my account, not hers and I could not send it to my daughter, sell it, or trade it. I didn't wanted to be stuck with an item I didn't want. So I called Ganz and got the tree traded for the gate. If it had been her account I would have let her keep it but this was on my Asian account and I don't plan on keeping that account forever.

Awww My friend !!!! I am sooo sorry you didn't get your gate !!!!! Like you said, as pretty as the tree is, it not the gate that's very disappointing I do hope they get that fixed for you

That is a great way to figure it out. I have tried to call Ganz but between my schedule and their busy signal we are still in possession of the tree.
