A question about the hurdles class

I haven't been able to jump the hurdles since level 5...so I've been tutoring every day.

My question is this...will I be able to tutor the class all the way to level 10 (and win the prize), or does it quit at some point and I'd have to play (and LOSE!!)?

Hi Linnae,
It is not possible to tutor level 10 of any Kinzville Academy class. I did use the tutor option a few times to graduate level 5 agility and earn the action. After that I quit the agility class. If you can not pass each level on your own, you will not develop the skill needed to pass the level 10 class fifty times. I have been able to graduate from the other five basic classes. Level 10 is the toughest one in each. There may be some tips in the Kinzville Academy section. Good luck with your decision.

Wow! No tutoring on the last level..what use is tutoring?? It costs 250 kc. every time. For the last level that would be 12,500 kc. I wonder why they don't allow it?

You can only tutor through level 9. I guess they really want you to earn your prizes.

Have you looked at the guides for the Kinzville Academy classes? They might help you get better at them, then you won't need to tutor.

I had to tutor Levels 3-9. I was finally able to complete a Level 10 class, and by the end I was passing 5 or 6 times a week. Like auntjenny7 said, look at the guides. The best advice I received for Agility was to play a video in another window. (Turn off the volume.) That slowed down the computer enough so I could manage the class.

If you can pass one class, you can do it again!

There are a number of great threads on Agility here. Do a search. Actually Level 9 is the hardest Agility level. I can do every level but that one at full speed. For Level 9 you have to find a way to slow your computer or use an older slower computer. In 6 days my third pet will graduate Agility and I have never used the tutor. You can learn to do it with practice. I know it is frustrating.

I've got an old computer, so that class wasn't too bad until level 9. Like others have said, run a bunch of other stuff, scans or vidoes, to slow down your computer. Don't start tutoring, or you'll never pass level 10. Having said that, level 9 is harder than level 10, so if you can't do it, tutor it, then do level 10.
