Plumpy's Hairdressing Game Glitch

I apologize for posting this here but I cannot find a game thread. Is there one for this game? If so, maybe a mod can move this to the right location (please and ty).

I do not like this game, but my next door neighbors have been playing it on my account. They cannot get past Level 6 because at Level 6 they can do nothing with the bangs (the bangs never highlight when you put the cursor on them.) Does anyone else have this problem? What is the highest Level achieved so far?

I got to level 12 (I think). The first few times I played I had the same thing happen to me. The bangs wouldn't do anything so I failed. Then it just fixed itself and I can style and color the bangs.

Mine works OK, but last night right before the maintenance it froze up after I had styled her hair and clicked "finish." I failed the class!! Bummer. Now I have to do it again.

I did learn not to try and hurry to get your KA classes in before maintenance!

Someone on another thread was having problems in the style class, the last model would not come out and they had to call GANZ. You may need to do this. Apparently there are glitches like this in the games which is unfortunate for us that like to go to class them on a daily basis.

Hairdresser is my FAVORITE!!
I play it every day and never had this happen. Wierd. ??

I just completed the hairdressing class Level 10 yesterday. I tried playing the Plumpy's Hairdressing game twice. Both times on Level 5 I could do nothing with the bangs. I could not cut, color or style them. So of course I failed and the game ended.

I will try it a few more times, and then probably call Ganz to see if they can help.

Hmm, I've only played the game once and reached level 10 without the bangs problem. Perhaps it's a server specific problem? I'll have to try playing on my other daughters' accounts and see what happens. I don't really like it though and by level 10 you only get 1 extra viewing of the style, so I was not able to pass the level, my memory isn't THAT good!

I finished Grooming Class and got the game today. I had the same problem with the bangs on Level 6. At least I earned enough to pay for my last Grooming class at KA!

I might have to change my strategies for playing this game. I kept expecting the image to disappear on the first level. It finally did on a later level. I, too, would like to see a game thread. I'll have to go look and see if one has been created.

I haven't unlocked the game yet, but I have found that with any glitch, the more people who call ganz and reports them, the better the chances of them being fixed! Good luck!

:rac: I haven't unlocked the Hairdressing game yet. I thought that you unlocked it when you finished level 5, but I finished 5 this week and no game. How do you unlock the game? Myeo
