please wait when class completed

ARGH! I can't stand this! For the umpteenth time in the past few weeks, after completing a class (intelligence, agility, speed, and others), I get the unending "Please Wait!". I never get credit for the class, no other buttons work except "Log Out". When I log out and log back in, I have of course now "failed" the class.

I have cleared my cash, switched to different browsers (tried Firefox, Safari, and Opera and it occurs on all of them), upgraded Flash and still I get the problem. I will never get my classes done. I complained about this to Webkinz support a few months back, but the problem went away. It's definitely been back for the past month or so. I wish it would magically disappear again. Sigh.

I know what you mean. But sometimes (not always) I find if I let it sit there a minute, it eventually will get credit for the class. Course, there are the other times that it doesn't work at all and there is no credit for the class. Boo! A3

I was purposely looking for a thread for this problem! It seems as though I am always getting the please wait...I take 12 of my pets through the academy and it happens everyday with almost every webkinz. That adds up to a lot of lost money!!!! Sometimes I get the instructions screen where you can click the "Go Back to Class" button but it doesn't work and I have to log off and then I fail. It is very frustrating! I even have the Deluxe account so when this happens to each pet I can actually get the class done anyway, but what a waste! I wanted to take advantage of the Deluxe extra class to finish faster and get my prizes!

I'm getting it now, too. I didn't have it before and now I just had it happen twice. I wonder if it's because of the goo goo berries? It's not even worth taking the classes now.

I've never had it before and I just got it now twice. I waited 15 minutes until the system asked me if I wanted to log out. I had already clicked the "OK" button too...

I agree. It's not like these don't already take an eternity to complete.

likmfurry, I'm so mad now. This is SO ridiculous!!! I wish they would hire programmers that know what they are doing. It's always one glitch after another. The last update was great! First time in a long time and now they messed with it and it's all messed up. <sigh>

I just failed Intelligence and Speed class for the same reason. I waited for the Please Wait... to go away and it eventually showed I failed even though I had passed the classes with lots of time left. I'm not taking anymore classes today. I want my KinzCash back.

I'm not taking any more classes either. I just paid to tutor Agility because I don't trust these programs now and it took my money AND failed me.

GANZ is getting a call from me right now.
