I too have encountered such deeds of the freeze and automatic fail, boot and fail, please wait till you fail. Makes me real upset to be set back further. I love the Academy classes so I try to avoid the reset times and have several browsers to switch between. I have learned to be determined no matter what I am going to get a diploma one day, despite what pops up. Thanks for posting the information to help out the new ones to avoid this frustration.

Interesting. I've been having malfunctions with the Speed class where the turn arrow/wheel won't show up. I try to make a circle and the heart doesn't fill up. I've failed this class 3 times the past couple of weeks until the 26th morning. It actually worked! When I tried to take the Speed class as the Deluxe extra, the same thing happened again. I failed the extra class I hope they fix this glitch soon as it's getting frustrating spending so much KC on classes that freeze up
