Oh no! That's sad!!! I got one and I have been reading lots of posts on here and it seems like everyone else has gotten theirs too. Did you e-mail Ganz or customer support? They're slow to respond but when my W shop coupon got lost they gave me a new one (three weeks later, lol)
Try the "routine" things like clearing your cache and logging out, then back in again. Very often that solves minor issues like that. If it doesn't help, call Ganz. You'll get a much faster reply. Hope you get your lunch bag!
