So level 4 has red, but level 5 doesn't? How does level 5 get harder? | | | 11-16-2008, 08:52 AM | #25 | KA RETIREE Gift Guru Join Date: Aug 2007 Posts: 3,899 | Re: Information on Kinzville Academy Levels Originally Posted by miracle So level 4 has red, but level 5 doesn't? To me Level 5 is much easier...the jumps (green hurdles) are closer so I had to slow down my jumps but that is the only difference. | | | 11-16-2008, 09:08 AM | #26 | Gift Guru Join Date: Jun 2008 Posts: 11,417 | Re: Information on Kinzville Academy Levels Miracle, I just looked at lev 7 of intelligence again, & there are 7 words, 5 letters per word, 3 letters hidden, and 125 sec to solve the solutions. fyi. | | | 11-16-2008, 09:27 AM | #27 | Back in School! Oh yes, I Level 5 so much! It was just challenging enough, with the hurdles closer together but without the dreaded red hurdles we'd just been introduced to in L4, to make it so much fun. Agility:
Level 6 = 19 hurdles
Level 9 : 19 hurdles (red, yellow, green, including doubles with green/yellow and yellow/yellow, also with 4 red in a row and 4 green in a row) | | | 11-16-2008, 09:39 AM | #28 | Honoured to be a Gift Guru Join Date: Mar 2008 Posts: 2,888 | Re: Information on Kinzville Academy Levels Originally Posted by JuniperBerry Oh yes, I Level 5 so much! Are you still doin glevel 9 hurdles with the same pets? I remember we were doing them at the same time. I'm doing my second lot of pets on level 9 now, have gotten 3 to graduate YAY! How about you? Level 10 really is way easier. Those 4 in a row of reds still annoy me, but I'm pretty good at judging if I need to press the left arrow key after jumping a hurdle to give room to hit the right and jump the next one (of course, using my slow computer really helps too!) | | | 11-16-2008, 10:18 AM | #29 | Back in School! I just started about 3 weeks ago with my 1st pet and my sister's 1st pet shortly after that. I knew going in it was going to be hard, but oh,the frustration! After failing the 1st couple of classes, I tutored for 4 or 5 days as a break, then went back in and it just seemed to fall into place with when to hit left/right. Thank goodness we get three tries per class. I think my problem was I was trying to do the highest speed over the red, then reduce speed and that wasn't working. I found much more success with going 2nd speed and only hitting the right arrow to speed up when going over the hurdle if it looked like he wasn't going to make it, then going back to 2nd speed for the next jump and trying to keep it there. Definitely tricky, but once you get the rhythm down, it's doable. I am, however, looking forward to being done.
