I cant control my weight lifting!!

Has anyone else had this problem...I have 3 accounts, and when I do the weight lifting on two, it isnt responsive to the clicks of the mouse. I let go of the mouse and it continues to the top, I stop it in the right spot on the bottom level and it continues to go. I am only on level 1, but I have had to tutor to get there. Like I said, with one of my accounts, it responds totally normal. Has anyone else experienced this kind of problem?

Are you doing it right? Clicking the button till you get to one of the bars, the line drops down till the bar below is there, and you stopped? Hmm, or maybe its your mouse.. Is it working fine?

I've had this happen but it usually only happens once maybe twice in one class. The key is not to panic. Once it drops and you have to start over just continue on as usual. I don't know what causes it. Sometimes it's stuck going up, other times it's going down. As long as you don't panic, you should be able to continue and pass the class. Well, I'm on an old slow computer, so not sure about a fast computer. But I can drop a few times without failing.

I had this problem so much after a certain level (4)that I gave up and just tutored the class until I completed level 5. I am not going for a diploma, so I decided it wasn't worth the frustration as I could not seem to figure out what the issue was.

I have three accounts and cannot do the weight lifting on any of them. So I'm doing other classes with the hope that Ganz will fix it sooner rather than later. Like you, I let go of the mouse at the bottom of the top bar, and it continues to go up, then when I finally get it to work on the upside, it falls to the bottom on the downside even thought I have clicked my mouse at the right time.

I have a "fast" computer, so that's part of the problem. Interesting that I was doing my classes on wireless in an airport and all THREE weight lifiting classes worked just fine....maybe I'll have to tutor through it if they don't get it fixed.

I have been having a miserable time with weight lifting since I got to level 10, I just can't seem to get the timing down. I never had to tutor on previous levels however I find it nearly impossible to pass all of a sudden. I thought it was my mouse until I saw this thread. I find it comforting to know others are experiencing the same difficulties.

The game doesn't respond very well to your mouse. When you press or release the mouse button it triggers what is called an interrupt request. If your processor is working hard your pc might not respond to the interrupt request right away...or in the case of the bar going to the top without stopping it isn't responding at all. Your computer might not be up to snuff, but even newer computers have problems with this game once you get to level 10. It's just a poorly written program. My kids can play Star Wars Lego and other graphic intensive games without a problem and yet our pc has a hard time with what should be a simple Flash game. Then again, if a programmer is really good why would he or she be working for Ganz?

i am not able to complete weight lifting w/my mac, it runs to fast. so i log on the pc that is ancient and has a slower processor so the game runs slower.

I know I can't control my weight lifting either so I just don't do it anymore.

I was having a terrible time with my level 10 weight lifting until I switched to the Google Chrome web browser (Internet Explorer (IE) was terrible! I was only passing the class about 35% of the time with IE). Google Chrome seems to be more responsive to me pressing the mouse button. I also slow it down a little bit by running a virus scan on my documents folder (I have hundreds of excel spreadsheets in there). I also change my screen resolution to make it so the screen is stretched vertically as much as possible. I have been passing the class about 95% of the time. Some times the instruction screen covers the class and I am unable to do the class (even if I wait until Ms Cowoline stops talking before I do the class).
