It might be part of the puzzle with some people, but it wasn't with me. Each of the accounts I was on only have one pet, so there was only one pet doing the classes every day. It's interesting, though, that that's how it worked for you. Thanks for posting!

Thanks ConchyJane. I guess it's not all Non-USA accounts then. I wonder what it is then?

Could it be:
The type of pet?
What time of day classes were taken? (Before or after maintenance?) Most of mine were done at midnight (UK time) on that account, but before the 2am maintenance.

FWIW, still no recess bell for me on that account today. And I took 3 more classes.

I do all of my classes 7AM EST for all NA and Euro accounts. The Asian account I do after main. at 12:05 PM EST which is 2:05 AM on that account. My pet on the Asian account is a brown cow. She's great at jumping those hurdles just as a note of interest. So many other pets seem to not be as good at jumping LOL My recess still hasn't shown up yet....so let's see what transpires through the day. Oh, other pets taking classes are LK golden retriever, monkey, cheeky monkey, a B&W cat and a Collie. CJ

I called Ganz and got the same thing, Ganz is aware of the problem and is trying to fix it. Took my user names and forwarded it on to the tech support.

As for the puzzle mine makes it harder to put it together.

3 accounts didn't get recess

Account 1: Asian, one pet on account, took 3 basic classes (no talent) everyday no fails.

Account 2: American, 50+ pets on account, took 3 basic classes with 2 different pets but 3 classes with each pet so pet had a full day of classes, no fails.

Account 3: American, 9 pets on account, took both talent and basic classes with only one pet all the time, but missed a day. Still should have gotten recess yesterday though even with the one missed day. One failed class.

So I'm not seeing why this is happening and looks like no fix yet from Ganz.

Same with me, my recess bell didn't show up until I did a third class on a pet even though more than 3 classes had been done on the account (my sister is working through fashion/intelligence on a bunch of pets for me, but I'm done with the other 4 classes on most of them).

The original info from Ganz was, per usual, confusingly worded. But I'm also not surprised that there are some users who did the 3 classes/15 days but are missing recess because, unfortunately, it wouldn't be WW without the glitches. Hopefully they'll figure it out soon!

I am missing recess on my Asian account also. I got recess on my European & American accounts. If I don't get it today I'll call.

I called again today, to let them know that I still hadn't received recess on one account. The rep I spoke to was very friendly, said they're aware of the issue, they're looking into it, they have no idea why it's happening. They also said, half jokingly, to keep bugging them, because the more reports they get the faster the techs are likely to fix it. So keep calling them every few days if you're still having a problem. The more information you can give them the better.
