It sounds like a few people got them on their American accounts but not their non-American ones. In my case, the American account got it, but not the European one. Does anybody else fit (or not fit) this pattern? | | | |

i got a recess when it first came out and i've been doing 3 classes(for one pet) since then and i haven't got another(i haven't called cause i'm not sure if i'm supposed to get one or not by now) | | | |

If you've done 3 classes a day, every day, on the same account, since the first day we got the free recess, then yes, you should have another recess by now. If you've missed days or had days where you did less than 3 classes a day, then you might not be due another recess yet.
I am *not* sure if the cooking and grooming classes count. I think they do but I'm not certain, because I was asked about that on the phone. -But people have been asked other things on the phone that don't affect whether or not they should have recess -like if they've failed any classes (even if you failed a class, it would still count.) -FWIW, both accounts I used were taking art, running, and agility every day. And again, one got recess, one did not. | | | |

I used cooking one one account and grooming on another as one of my 3 classes for my pet, and both of these accounts (American) got their recess yesterday.

Whoever calls next, please mention this to Customer Support. In my case it was a European account (not Asian) that didn't get recess, so maybe it's all non-USA accounts? | | | |

My Asian account didn't get the recess either. I will be calling tomorrow morning and I will mention this all to them.

This may be a piece of the puzzle: I was doing classes last night on one account. I did two classes with one pet, then one class each with two other pets, and no recess bell showed up. I then did three classes with one pet, and the recess bell showed up as soon as I had finished. I know the wording of the announcement was a bit unclear, but from my experience it would seem that one pet has to complete three classes, not just any three classes by any three pets. | | | |
