My hopes were dashed in the pro beauty competition.

Yesterday I was very excited after I began viewing a beauty competition in which my pet Dudley had entered (he's a pug). Out of the 5 competitors I viewed, my pug appeared twice in two different costumes. Now I think this is a good thing because I read somewhere that when your pet appears twice in one event that you will place in the top 10. I also liked the names of the other pets because their names were Googers (a google) and Mookie (a cow). So Dudley got the top score out of all 5 pets. When I went to view the results my hopes were dashed because Dudley placed fourth. I would have been okay with that except that Googers, Mookie and I forget the other one placed 1st, 2nd and 3rd. Those were the exact same 3 pets that I had competed against and their scores were way lower (including a 9). If it had been 3 names that I didn't recognize I would have been fine because 4th is great. But I felt very sad that the top 3 were competing against me and lost on the catwalk, but won the trophies. I really wanted a trophy. Do you think that was fair?

I'll be perfectly honest with you, I think very little in WW is fair. I'm sorry for your disappointment. Ganz is good at dishing out disappointment. I guess we just have to ltry our best to accept it gracefully.

i agree with luvwebkinz, ww is the king of glitches and dissapointment but also a fun place with good experiences and safe communities so i suppose all in all,it's worth a little dissapointment here and there, besides,without all the calls about glitches and things ganz would be sooo bored

Hi. I have three accounts for each of my kids. We usually all enter the contests at the same time. I've noticed in watching the tree different competitions that were are up against the same pets most of the time. I think they show you against the top ten usually.
Sometimes my pets beat the winner, but that pet still wins and we don't make the top ten.
I have seen my pet on twice a couple of different times and placed in the top ten. Actually won the pro beauty contest tonight with one of my pets, (first time) but didn't watch the competition because I was trading. Too bad, but I got a screen shot of the top three.
I have seen one of my pets get fourth place and then finish in the top twenty or so. Hard to explain, but I think you are always seiing the top ten but in random order. Clearly, the results of the five entrants do not hold true for the whole competition.
