The next day we tried again with the same outfit, and scored very poorly. Perhaps you can't win twice with the same clothes?? Congratulations for winning a pro beauty competition!
I think the scoring is still really random. If you log off your account and back on and watch the same competition again (with the same clothes on) you can score differently. I once watched one of my pets score a 9 and then I logged off and back on my account and watched the competition again, and she scored a 19! I am not sure if they would be keeping track of "winning outfits" and making sure that the same outfit doesn't win again (I doubt it, but who knows?).

Hi, I was having trouble & I'm IN est!! ( My mom was born in Boden-1922 ) I am glad that you are able to compete! Good luck in the competitions!
Jenny's 3-D glasses are from the KinzStyle shop. You get access to the shop if you buy real clothes for your Webkinz and then enter in the code from inside the package. You are given a virtual copy of the clothes that you bought and a virtual KinzStyle shopping bag that you can drag into your room, which opens the KinzStyle shop. You are able to buy one item from the KinzStyle shop. All of the items do not show up at the same time. To find the glasses, you might have to "X" out of the shop and drag the shopping bag into your WW room again.
I am having fun entering the competitions. I hope everyone else is also! Last edited by SnowCrystal; 08-28-2008 at 09:31 AM.. I noticed you when I finally won a pro competition and decided to check the top 10 list. Good job! My pets think you are a great role model.
Have you won many pro cooking competitions and how do you get them to give the right trophy. One of my pets won pro beauty and one won the pro cooking but we have two of the same trophy. | | | 08-28-2008, 10:57 AM | #23 | Happy Holidays Webkinz :) Join Date: Nov 2007 Posts: 5,091 | Re: Jenny Jellybean's tips for winning a beauty competition Originally Posted by annonymous Thanks for all the tips Jenny! I have been entering my pet Rosey Whiskers into the pro cooking competitions. She won one Silver Trophy, but it was the hairdryer trophy! I don't think anyone has the correct cooking trophy yet! If you go to the thread I listed below, there are others that haven't received the correct trophy yet. At least one of them has contacted Webkinz about it, and talked to someone, but they haven't been given the correct trophy yet. I believe that they are still waiting for someone else to call them back.
For all the winners (beauty and cooking), check out the following thread, there are a lot of winners and you should let the others in the thread know who you and your pet(s) are. Chapman12 is trying to get all the winners together and identify them (especially the ones on the top ten leaderboard). WI is full of winners and perhaps we will all make the front page with all of our wins.
Check out the thread:

But it was just lke you said about monkey's shoes & skirts. My cheeky monkey, Chico, was wearing the kilt & mod jacket with the space boots, blue googles & the WC tophat & he came down the runway with nothing on below the jacket! If I hadn't read about it here, I wouldn't have known what to think - I'm sure other viewers would've wondered too, but since he wasn't in the top 10 I guess he wasn't seen by others. That's a lesson we won't soon forget! | | | 09-06-2008, 10:09 PM | #26 | Aoi, aoi, ano sora.. I'm so jealous of your wins! Lol!
I'm going to try entering when I can.
I haven't really tried winning the competitions,
but maybe that will change!

Thank you !! Nobody has been able to enter the competitions since Friday. They have the stadium programming messed up where the schedule part of the stadium says its the beauty pageant "enter now" and the main page shows the cooking (and vice versa). I hope they get this fixed soon. There have been no competitions or winners for these past few days. Everyone is getting the message "event not in entry stage" when trying to enter. | | | 09-07-2008, 11:19 PM | #29 | Webkinz :) Join Date: Aug 2008 Posts: 451 | Re: Jenny Jellybean's tips for winning a beauty competition Great guide.
