Triple Strike Solitaire Glitch

Not only does triple strike solitaire not allow you to play it more than once a day (it stays checked), it DOESN'T EVEN RECORD AS A TOURNAMENT PLAYED! You can have an excellent score, sure to win, and get absolutely no credit for it. DOES WEBKINZ KNOW ABOUT THIS??? I HAVE SENT THEM OVER 20 COMMENTS OVER THE PAST 2 MONTHS PLEADING WITH THEM TO FIX THIS. I find it sad that they continue to ignore my comments to them, seem not to even care or read them and not even have the decency to answer back acknowledging the problem. I think Webkinz doesn't even read the comments we send in. I love this game and I am very frustrated with them for not fixing it. I bet many players don't even realize they are wasting their time playing it in the tournament section, their efforts ARE NOT EVEN COUNTED! I thought they were a better site than this. Maybe if enough of you players complain, just maybe, they will do something about it. I am only once voice that they just choose to ignore. Help me get through to these guys please! Thanks.
