Why can't I see my scores from the previous tournament, when I know that it is finished...I'd love to know my standings like I can for other games.

idk y. email Ganz. they can add that to their list of problems waiting to never be fixed.

I have been trying to get through to Ganz for over 2 months regarding their Triple Strike Solitaire tourney game. You can't see your results because the game is broke! There ARE NO RESULTS. They never count it as a played tournament. You are wasting your time playing it unless they EVER decide to fix it. I have suggested to them to just remove the game until they can find the time to fix it, but they can't even do that for us! Customer service is horrible at Ganz/Webkinz. They just don't care!

I don't think it's because they don't care...I just think they're so busy with all of the upkeep and new item maintenance that they just can't get to everything. I am glad they don't take it off, though, since I still enjoy playing it for the sake of the game!

well it seems like you really have it in for Ganz. if you are so mad, you should work there! protest! ugh, no! i'd like to see you make a something-million dollar website. they cant listen to everything they are busy!
it is just a game! you can stop complaining because if you are mad at Ganz, u shouldnt have a webkinz. and you should really just cool it because they are doing fine!!!
