Problem In tournament Areana

I Played in the triple strike tournament at 7 am this morning and for some reason it keeps saying that the tournament is not over anybody else have this happen?One time when I went in it said 28/30 and then another time I went back in it says only 19/30.

My favorite game also. Last night I hit my highest score in the tournament (over 8000) and my frog even said something about one of the top scores. So when I went back this morning to see if I won the checkmark was still beside the 2 games and it wouldn't show the winners scores. This afternoon the winners are posted and mine isn't on there at all. I was hoping for some sort of trophy - but nothing! Makes me not want to play anymore.

Cash Cow tournament area has being doing the same thing..I hit my personal best high
score..actually made to level 9..
Thought I won...hoping for the extra 50 kc...
came in dead last!

Yes, this has been happening to me the past week or two. I'll play the game in the morning and come back several times during the day to check up on it with no luck. Sometimes, my tournament won't end (even after 12~16 hours) and the Webkinz site will go into maintenance which means my game just disappears and I won't get any credit. I really hope they work the kinks out soon!

I was having the same trouble last week with Stack em Up Solitaire, now it seems to be working fine but Triple Strike is having the issue. It's very frustrating! I think we just have to wait for Ganz to fix whatever the issue is. It's a bummer because I love just grabbing a few quick tournament games of both of the solitaire games.

Same for me. Stack em Up was having the problem for a couple weeks for me, and Triple was always fine. Now it's been reversed.

I noticed a problem lately, too. When I first started playing in the tournament, it would post the little flashing laurel icon as soon as the tournament filled and completed. Then I could check results and play again if I wanted. Now in the last several weeks I noticed that I always had the red check and it wouldn't "reset" and give me my results unless I logged out and logged back in. And Stack'em Up Solitaire would only allow me to play one of each of the two rounds per day. It reset at night, but never posted results. I stopped playing the solitaires because of that and because of the low KinzCash earned for points played. It seems something is always up - but that's the result of running such a highly interactive and complicated site, I suppose. Overall, I think they do a pretty good job.

The solitaires have been having this problem for a few weeks now, how frustrating! I hope they get it all ironed out soon as they are my favorite games to play.
