Zumbuddy is not getting her ZUMMIES! Please call GANZ

Hi Peeps. I have a zumbuddy and when you reach health at 100% you get a party and awarded zummies to buy things... However, it is not working out that way. You get the party but no zummies. I have talked with a few peeps in the trading room and they say same thing. So this seems to be a glitch........If at all possible will you fellow peeps who have zumbuddys please call Ganz so they can get on it and get it fixed. Voices are heard when in large groups

As you said, this is a Glitch... just like with every new thing they release...

I guess you just have to hold up until they fix it. I don't have a buddy, so I am probably no big help... but what I do know is that this glitch is widespread.

I hope GANZ fixes it for you though! I hope we can get a lot of WI members to call them.

I read somewhere on that people have called Ganz and that zummies are not always awarded when you get a party. It's random or something.

I have done at least 5 parties and have not gotten any zummies. My little guy wants a bed or something

Don't feel bad .... I have had about 50 parties and not received any zummies. I read where there is a 10% change at getting them with your party with 1 Zum. That means I should have had about 5 occassions where I should have gotten zummies....but alas, not the case.

Unfortunately, there is only a "chance" of earning zummies when you have a party and it is not a glitch.

They have programmed it so the more zumbuddy codes you have entered, the better your chance of earning zummies becomes. If you only have 1 zumbuddy on your account you will need to have a LOT of parties to earn anything

I started with 1 on my account and didn't find it to be that fun. I wanted to buy the things for my zumbuddy, so I put a few more zumbuddy codes on and started earning zummies much easier.

Yeah, they made it so if you have more zumbuddies you'll get more zummies. Just like all the specoal areas, more codes entered makes for better results. Of course.

So yes, not a glitch, just a really lame aspect of the zumbuddies game. Enter some more zumbuddy codes and you'll get more zummies.

I have 6 Webkinz myself. Started out so that I could play with my Grandkids, and their Webkinz online.
We’ve spent a ton! Deluxe memberships at the e store, plenty of money poured into there! and all, kinzklips, caring valley, etc..
And yet I find myself working for points for three accounts, so the Grandkids don’t have to stay on the computer all the time, supporting these pets!!! It can consume quite a bit of time to keep them all going!
Still don’t get any better prizes at the Forrest, even though we’ve bought ALL the charms. Even some of the items at the W Store require ridiculous point amounts to purchase. How do they expect a seven year old to stay on the computer long enough to buy a bed or something that costs 1300 points or more. Well, Grandma helps them out, that’s how.
NOW, here comes the Zumbuddies!!!
First off Gants, launched the whole deal LONG before the Zumbuddies are available to the general public. We’ve spent countless hours looking for them, only to find, that very few are being scalped at ridiculous prices. They aren’t in stores yet. Many things have gotten to where you need the “whole” collection to receive any good prizes, such as kinzklips. And I suspect the Zumbuddies will be the same way.
Another virtual pet that takes all of the child’s time to support, with very little return.
I’m not reading really good reviews from the few people that have managed to buy a Zumbuddie yet.
Their food that you spend points on disappears if they don’t want it, and apparently they usually don’t! good way to get you to buy MORE I guess, seems they aren’t happy for very long, and it takes A LOT to get them happy too. And you get very few Zummies for playing with them. I’m rethinking even buying them when you can get them.
There is also THE PARK!! Which was advertised LONG before they had it working correctly, the kid’s want to log on every hour to see if it is up YET!!! And it isn’t.
Over all we have enjoyed Webkins but, things seem to be going astray. I hope they don’t make it where it isn’t even worth it to play it. Many parents will cut it off if it gets to that point.

So far in my opinion, zumbuddies are a huge waste of money. There isn't much interaction taking place, and the zummies doled out are almost non existent. The disappointment from the kids is evident every time they play. So another $15 down the drain!!! We won't make this mistake again.

A big thumbs down on this one!!!
