Zumbuddies glitched? Has anyone gotton zummies?

I have two zumbuddies and they have gotton to 100% almost 15 times lol and still not one has given my zummies They either hate me or this is a glitch lol Has anyone gotton zummies?? And if so...how many of each color???

My kids both got ZumBuddies today and both had the same problem -- lots of 100%, no zum marbles (momentarily forgot the name here).

I got this information from Customer Service~
Apparently you won't get Zummies EVERY time you reach 100% happiness. It's completely by chance. Keep trying, and good luck.

I have made it to the party more than a few times and no marbles yet!?

If you want anything good from the shop, you will need a bunch of them!

By chance, RANDOM??? I've had parties for what seems like a million times today, and still nothing! I'm hoping someone will call Ganz about this, is very fustrating and it's wasting my KC, and in return?? NOTHING. I'm ready to give up just about now

No zummies for my grandaughter. She has already given up on her Zum Buddy. Way to much KC to take care of it and no zummies in return.

wow! i was looking forward to adopting mine, but now i am hearing it is such a drain to feed and play with, but getting nothing in return. i thought you got zummies everytime they partied. but just random? and like 1 out 100 parties you get a very few. not sure i am liking this.
