What color zummies does your Zum give you? ... The results are in!

Any Zumbuddy will get you a good number of each zummie.
You just need to find the Zum that is right for you.

Be sure to write down how many zummies of each color you have when you start and then how many you have when you finish. Post here the difference along with which Zums you were playing with.

Totals for the whole week: 1,57? Blue - 1,55? Pu - 1,43? Y - 1,59? Pi
(the ? is because I can't see the 4th number to get an actual count).

Good idea! I'll start keeping track in 10 minutes. I have to do a chore in between time and don't want that to affect anything.

OK.I think the zummies that are awarded are random...but here's the final count for my purple tricky zum:

Blue: 15
Purple: 6
Pink: 18
Yellow: 13.

I usually get the least yellow, but not this time. Also, I was looking at WI some while I was giving zums stuff, so I could have missed a few.

Played a Bratty (Orange Zum Buddy) alone in its room from 8:48 est until 9:18.

Got the following:
Blue - 11
Purple - 5
Yellow - 13
Pink - 3

MOST were from toys!

My second run of test resulted in different givings by the Giggly and the Peeking, but the Lazy zum was consistant with the first test...

Second testing...

Giggly : 30 blue, 16 purple, 26 yellow, 16 pink
Lazy : 26 blue, 22 purple, 6 yellow, 18 pink
Peeking : 18 blue, 17 purple, 36 yellow, 17 pink

We don't have enough data yet, but I test some more tomorrow with another Zum Buddy,

I have Red (zippy), Orange (bratty) and Yellow (peeking).

I'll try to play each of them tomorrow night for 30 minutes and let you know what I get!

Played a Zippy (Red Zum Buddy) alone in its room from 4:58 est until 5:28.

Got the following:
Blue - 4
Purple - 14
Yellow - 9
Pink - 5

So that's 32 total (same total number as last night with different Zum).

12 were for food and 20 for toys.

What are you doing to yours that makes them so generous?

And yes, those times are east coast AM! Couldn't sleep, so just got up to mess with them! I don't know how much KC I went through but it did take two cups of coffee!

I keep mine busy. As soon as they finish with a toy, if they do not ask for something, I give them another toy or a food. I usually rotate as much as possilbe, 2 toys then a food.

The only times I wait on giving them something, is if they are Dancing (musical notes over head), or they did not take something I gave them (I try to put all items directly on the zum, but I miss sometimes). To save on KC, if they do not take an item I wait for it to disappear before adding another, as they sometimes take it later.

I must add though, that yesterday you could not get a Yellow Zummie out of this critter no matter how hard you tried.
Today no Purple!
And I did get “Please Wait” at the end of the session, which locked up the dock. So I could no longer retrieve food or toys for Zed. (hopefully it is improvements being made!)
I am going to pair him up with Peeking Zum as soon as I find it!, I wonder if there will be a
change in Zummie yeild then? And what if any the difference in yeild is with 1, 2, 3, or all 6 Zums.
Of course as soon as we assume we might be on to something, Ganz will change it.
Or it could be genuinely random, and changed at their convenience or by timers.
I feel Zums are still evolving. We will probably go through many changes.
