Trouble with registering Reindeer Kinzclip?

I was lucky enough to find the Holiday Reindeer Kinz Klip at my local Hallmark store.



However, when I came to register it in the Code Shop, I got this peculiar message:

Mys ql Query Failed

Since I don't speak that strange language, I phoned Ganz Customer Service and got an immediate answer: There is nothing wrong with the code, but the reindeer is not yet entered in the system. Wait till sometime next week, probably by Monday it will work.

So if any of you have the same problem, do not worry.

I was just able to enter the holiday reindeer kinz klip code.

Yes, the same thing happened to me. I have tried every day this week to enter it to no avail. So glad to see they are working on it and it should be up next week.
Now if they could enter programming for the Peppermint Puppy's Psi I would be a happy camper !!
