Possible Star Challenge Glitch??

I have a possible glitch for the Star Challenge, and I wanted to post about it here before posting to the glitch forum to see if anyone else has had this problem.

My sister finished her Alyssa's Star Challenge Collection today, and when she clicked on the glowing gold orb in the center nothing happened. The account is showing 21/21 stars (see screencap) and it shows the outline of the chair VERY clearly in the globe (see screencap) but no matter where she clicks on the gold orb it won't award her the throne. We've tried logging out and back in, but still no throne. Could this be connected to the Key Door glitch? I did a search for the star challenge in the Glitch section and didn't see anyone else mentioning this problem.

This is a regular account, in the US timezone.

I had this problem a while back the next day it was reverted - also after restarting my browser and clearing my cookies and cache. I haven't seen it in my accounts recently but I would try those things and see what happens if you haven't tried them

Did your sister click on "view collection" before she tried clicking on the orb in the center? Tomorrow when you can get back in to the star challenge, try doing your star hunt as usual. Whether you get a star or not, after Alyssa stops talking, click "view collection." Then, it should let you click on the throne in the center of the orb. We've had two people in our family get the star challenge throne so far, and that's what they had to do. Good luck!

Like acourt stated...after you collect your last star..you HAVE to click on view collection to have Alyssa congratulate you on collecting all the stars and winning the throne...The good thing is..if you find more stars..they won't be taken away from you, just added to your collection!! BUT..you only get the one chance per day to collect your throne!!

Thank you so much guys! This works like a charm. She didn't realize what is was when Alyssa told her she'd won a prize, and clicked back to the map and then came to get me. I tried clicking over and over and couldn't get it to work. But we just tried and she got it! Now we both have one!! We're very excited. Thanks so much to everyone who helped us figure it out.

Hi! I guess i don't know how to use this site because I've logged on several times before. I am having 2 problems. One in Allysa's Star Search, the frost star has gone off the map. It used to be to the right of the Wishing Well and down close to the horizon. It had a very red star marker. Now I can only see the curved top of the star, no marker. Please help me with this! The other one is about Fairy Falls. I only have to forest charms to finish my game. One is from thesky collectiuon, the other is from the sea collection. i read about Magic Mires, where not to go for your last item in each category, but can find no help for Fairy Falls. ONE GREAT THING HAPPENED>>>SUDDENLY MY FAIRY TIARA APPEARED AND i DON'T KNOW WHY!!!. Oh one more thing, what's wrong with 6he gold door? Every time I try to open it, it logs me out. I hate to complain, but I never get a esponse. Please help me. Thank you

The constellations move around each time you go in, so try to find it again next time. It should be back. Also Fairy Falls is hard to complete. There is no set place to find each star so I can ony tell you to keep looking.

As for the Gold Door. The magic keys is having a problem right now. A Major glitch has been there for a month or so. When ever you complete any of your key collections and try to go in, you get logged out. Ganz is working on the problem. It's not just you!
