Not receiving charms in Fairy Falls

Hi I am still brand new to this site. I tried to find a thread on this so I would not duplicate but not sure how to search. (did not want to go through 43 pages )

Anyhow this is the second time this has happened to me. A few weeks ago I got a planet in FF (saturn?) had rings around it. Today I won a drum in the rainbow path and I was not awarded the charm. My computer did hang up at that moment so i waited a few minutes and then had to reboot my computer. When I went back I was not awarded the drum. The same thing happened a few weeks ago with the planet. Am I just out of luck with that?
