MAJOR WARNING!! Spend your Zummies!

Hi Marthaaaaa, Well I'm short of 100, but I have had the problem of not being awarded the zum that I spotted...on two accounts no less. Lazy zums in both cases

Be aware that I am missing blue zums, in fact instead of giving me my blue zums they are now subtracting blue zums from my account. I am taking pictures every day so that I have proof to show the Ganz customer service dept, in case they do not believe me.
Previously I have had to ask to speak to a supervisor after being told by customer service that it was not their fault, so it must be my computer. Having a top of the line iMac set up that costs over $2000 I knew it was NOT a problem with my computer. And I did have to send pictures and make about 6 or 8 phone calls before I received any thing from Ganz. So be patient but be persistent and don't be afraid to ask for a supervisor or even the supervisor's boss.

That's happened to me before, but I have no where NEAR 100 Zummies in ANY color.
Or I'll already have a Zum and get the same one again with no Zummies...

You know what? We all spend a lot of money on these things...in my case too much lol. Ganz should have a little more respect for their customer base. I feel bad for all the little kids who are just having good clean fun playing with webkinz and end up disappointed by the constant glitches, down time, wait time, outages and plain disappearance of items. I am 26 so I can "s*ck it up" but I shouldn’t have to. I say call, email and bombard ganz with the problems...also post it on the glitch section of webkinzinsider. I know they have a lot to deal with and a large customer base to attend to but there is NO excuse for the attitude that some of the representative have.

Man alive, Ganz discourages me and I am not even a pour young person. I have been saving for so long for the sofa and now to learn that this might not even be possible. I think we should all be writing to the head office address along with CS and insisting on the rights we have , and we should include photos to show what our experiences are. We absolutely have a right to have certain expectations, not the least of which is that the site works properly AND that we all receive decent service when talking to the customer support people. We need to remind them THAT WE PAY THEIR SALARIES!!!
Without their customer base, there would be no jobs and no company!! Every dime we put into Webkinz pays the salary of that person at the other end of the phone. We have a right to expect to be dealt with respectfully and to have our issues addressed in a timely manner. (I am a little steamed, can you tell??)

Every time there is a minute chance I will waver on my current no spending policy when it comes to Webkinz, something more appears and wakes me right up again.

I too have not gotten my Zehe zum. It was quite awhile ago that I found him, saw the stars around his space and he never shows up.
