Default MAJOR WARNING!! Spend your Zummies!

Well, I've been curious about whether we'd be able to go over "100 Zummies" in any color group. I've been sitting on 100 Red Zummies for a few days, but haven't much paid attention to what I've been acquiring in Zumwhere.

Today I received THIS ZUM, which I didn't already have. I was quite excited, but noticed I only got 2 Zummies instead of 3. I immediately noticed there were no red zummies, so I assumed that I was being shorted a red zummie because I had hit 100.

It gets WORSE!!! WAY WORSE!!!!

Not only did I not get any of the zummies shown, I DID NOT RECEIVE MY ZUM!!!!! The space for this zum was blinking with stars, but it did not appear, even after logging out and my Zum count on the main page remained the same. Needless to say I am devastated and will update you all if I speak with Ganz. Having just had my tonsils out, I'm not sure when I'll be able to call.

hi martha, i am so sorry about what happenned with your zums and the zummie issue. please let us know how ganz deals with this glitch. i guess you will have to buy something with you red zummies now? at least you get some retail therapy at WW. i guess the idea is to buy your items as you arn your zums. i have been chosing an item and a color zummie and working towards that goal...unfortunately i chose the best items so i havn't made and zummie purchases yet....BTW, how many klips codes did you enter on this particular account??? i have found one bratty zum so far...

Hi,
I too thought that it was one color for an item. No, no, no...you need that amount of each color to get that item. I thought I had saved enough yellow to get the sketch pad, when I clicked on it a sign came up that I didn't have enough to trade. So I clicked on the cloud car and it took that number from each color. So why no allow you to save more than 100 zummies?

I too spotted Zehe, quite a while back. I called Ganz and was told there was nothing they can do about that. So far, he has not shown up in my collection. If they award you Zehe please post it, as they owe me one too

just got off the phone with GANZ and they were so rude!!!! They said that it was the least of their problems and that she told me to **** it up.... RUDE!

As a consumer, you have a right to the product which you paid for, virtual or not. I had to battle Ganz over some missing outfits a couple of months back, and they tried telling me there was nothing they could do about it. (my missing outfits were from the estore!) I did not take no for an answer, but I did have to be assertive by taking names, asking for a manager, and finally explaining that if they were unwilling to fix the problem, that I would be quite vocal about it on webkinzinsider.Com. (needless to say, the woman changed her tone after that, and recovered all my outfits within 5 minutes!)

My point is that you do have a right to bother them with this issue, and that no matter how small it may seem to them, they should not tell you that it is a low priority for them. Remember to talk nice, yet assertive to them. In my years of customer service, a person who is kind and polite will get further than anyone else. Best of luck to you!
