A lot of keys?

Lately, in all of our accounts, we have received frequest keys (silver) and I was wondering if others were having the same experience? Of course, so far, we have not been able to cash them in so it seems very odd all around.

I am having troubles with the silver, but I am one away from the others.

We have also found several silver keys recently, which is quite unusual for us. My daughter finally got the last silver key last night, but was unable to unlock the door. We have the glitch that logs her out when she tries to claim her prize. Talk about frustrating! I'll be glad when (or if) they get it fixed.

After all this time (and for the first time) my main account is one gold key away from having them all but with no ability to unlock anything because of the glitch. I have 53 figures on this account and it has taken since the beginning to get here and no reward. I am SOOOOO frustrated.

I went from the inception of the Woodland Wonders game up to about 4 months ago with no key prizes, playing it on 6 accounts. Since about July, I have gotten 8 silver keys open and 3 not open, 4 gold keys open, and 3 emerald keys open and one not open. It has been a field day with the keys, but my only complaint is that I still cannot open four!
