Question Keys
I just collected the 15 silver key (2nd time) and every time I click on the door, I get the "sorry we can't connect to webkinz world... message and I get logged off. Anyone else with this problem?

No, I haven't had that problem before! That could be real bad, because it might not let you open it next time around. If you're still online, I would just let the computer sit for a while, and try again. Sometimes when it freezes up, it just needs time to catch up. Good luck to you...and let us know how it works out!

It did this to me too. I posted it on the Glitch thread hoping GANZ will read it and (ha, ha) fix it.

Every time they do an update, it's a website bug-fest.

If you don't get it to work, I'd call. - Let them try it over the phone on your account.
If they don't get it to work then maybe they will award you the prize and put the bug in line to be fixed.

They can capture the code when they do it and send it off to development.

I got my 15th silver key this morning -- when I tried toopen the door, I was also told that I was being logged off. I logged off Webkinz and came back later in the afternoon -- the door would still not open. I wish they would get this fixed.

You are not alone, I am having the same problem.
What makes me angry is, it states you CANNOT collect any more keys untill you select a prize.
That means that with this problem, I could have my prize and be adding to my key count!

Ummmmmm.....yep. It happened to me today too. Only it was THE LAST EMERALD KEY THAT I GOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Needless to say, I'm a little irrate!
