I started with the Zummies the other day... I bought a pig and pig klip, and I've gotten 2 zums and a toffee.

okay guys, i'm having troubles. yesterday, i found the last peeking zum i needed to get the trophy! i was so excited!!!... but when i clicked on the gift box, it said it could no longer connect me to webkinz world and logged me out. every time i try to open it it does that. and the item's not in my dock (i checked) someone please help?!

That's happening to everyone now. Ganz is aware of the problem (that is what the customer service reps tell me). If you want to call, their number is 1-866-webkinz.

Your item may be in your dock in your coupon section!

When they had the mainainence to fix the Magic Forest Key Glitch the exact same glitch switched over to Zumwhere.
Everyone is unable to open their prize boxes so know that you are not alone on this.
What you can do is call Ganz next week. They are already aware of the situaton but if more people call the quicker they will find a fix for this.

There is also a report for Ganz in the WI Glitch Reports. I do believe it is listed as critical. You can go and add your problem to the report. Ganz does check these also, so the more people that complain the faster they will work to solve it.

It did take about a month for the key glitch to get resolved.....here's hoping that this one doesn't take as long.

Very interesting to read your zum hunting journal! I just started keeping a record of mine. After 8 misses in a row between 3 accounts that I take care of, today I got a zum on all 3 accounts! I finally got my last lazy zum and have now opened 3 of the boxes (lazy, giggly, peeking). I am miles away on the other zums but it was nice to finish that one and really just to get a picture of any zum. Thirteen more to go!

Oh, and I was able to open my gift box after finding that last lazy zum, so I guess that issue has been fixed.

My giggly zum box still logs me out. It's not fixed on my account.

IDK maybe try clearing your cache...if that doesn't work I would be on the phone to Ganz AGAIN !!

Aww, I am sorry. Maybe the problem is only with the giggly box then? I got that a while ago and didn't have the issue.
