Both of my sons have three klips on their accounts. They don't know it, but I bought the other 6! I'm planning on giving them each one more the first day of school and saving the other 4 for incentives. My younger son had bought the Zum plush as soon as he had enough saved. Both sons are currently saving for the Zum watching case.

We were so excited because we unlocked the Zum trophy yesterday! Our first prize! We're really close on both accounts with the Giggly and Lazy zums too. Can't wait for the costume!

I have a question, please. I've begun zumwhere with 1 klip on 1 account - in approx 3 weeks, I've collected only 30 marbles and probably 10x that many candies.

My problem is that I cannot snap a picture properly w/the camera. Once in a while, I do get a challenge to do, but mostly I'm not even coming close to getting a proper camera picture

Someone suggested I snap in an area near the zums and I might get a picture; and when I did that, it worked several times. Mostly that's not even working for me any more.

So please, any tips at all for geting the needed pictures with that camera? I'd like to enjoy this game, but I evidently don't know how to use a camera!

I talked to a supervisor in customer service about "catching" Zums over a month ago. He said it was all random. If your camera "view finder" turns green instead of red, then you have a random chance at finding a Zum. There is no "technique" that will guarantee that you find a zum all of the time because it is all random. I am not sure if you would get a better chance if you have more Zum "dots" within the green area. I don't think so. I do 11 of my family's accounts and it seems like if I don't get a Zum on the first account, then I rarely find a Zum on any of the others. So, if I don't find a Zum on the first account I try, then I wait an hour and do another account. If I don't find one then, then I wait another hour and so on. Once in a while I get lucky and most of the accounts find a Zum. I think their random programming is not so random and it very much depends on the time of day that you do your searches. But, that might even vary from day to day. One day 10am might be the good "Zum catching" time and another day it might be 2pm.
