Help me happy up my Zippy Zum!

I just adopted Zed the Zippy Zum. Oh my gosh is he a needy guy and VERY hard to keep happy. And he only came with 40 Zummies. I cant even buy him a bed. I got him happy enough once this morning and he threw himself a party but did not give me any Zummies???? How do you please these little fellas. He is costing me a fortune. Help!

I also adopted Zed. It is true that he is very demanding. I cant keep him happy even though I constantly give him toys and food. I have played with him for 6 hours now and ran through about 3 thousand KC and have only gotten enough zummies to get him a very few pieces of furniture. I dont know what I am doing wrong. Excitement has turned to desperation fast! HELP!!!!!!!

It is best not to look at the happiness meter. With the new system, it is very unpredictable. I gave my zum a toy and it played happily with it, but the meter went down 7%. Very unpredictable.

However, your zum can be predictable. He will also reward you for getting to know him. You do not have to wait for him to ask for something, this is actually not a good idea as the meter drops 2 to 3 % every 3 to 5 minutes - no rhyme or reason for it. I have written up some predictions that work well with all three of our zums. You can give them a try on yours. These predictions are determined by your zums movements (when they are not asking for something specific). You can find this on post #183 in the following thread...
