Oh Boy! my daughter and i only need 1 silver key on 2 accounts to open the door,should we just leave it alone when we get the final key?

Ahhhh! Okay. My daughter and I both just got the gold keys and were very excited to choose our prizes. And we couldn't do it either...it just booted us out. At least we're not alone...hope it gets fixed, soon. We want those chairs.

Same here!!! Happened today, said they are working on it. Oh well I can wait I guess, its not their problem that THOUSANDS of people are on their site at any given time. So i shall wait patiently.

I am beginning to wonder if they are ever going to fix the key situation. I have not stopped playing because I still don't have all my gold keys and only one green key. I wonder what happens though if you win additional silver keys. I am sure they do not count, just hopefully it will not lock up the lock we cannot currently unlock. LOL

I just got my last silver key and also got booted out. Thanks for WI being here for all of us to vent and commisserate together. Let's all keep up our spirits and not get discouraged. It will hopefully be fixed soon!!!

I am waiting to open up my silver keys door , But I get logged out everytime. I called Ganz they said they are working on the technical glitch !! I hope its fixed really soon & everyone can get their prizes !!
