HELP! Anyone having this problem in the Woodland Forest?

I have the same problem with the silver key prize. It's reassuring to know that they are aware of the glitch. The problem is that you can't collect any more keys until you select a prize. I hope that it is fixed soon. Thanks for the posting this thread!

Yep, I'm afraid I have that problem too. I'm hoping it is fixed this week, it has sort of taken the "excitement" out of getting the fifth emerald key!

I agree. I have been trying every other day and it still happens. I just hope I do not lose those keys!! Just how long do you think it will take for them to get around to making it right?

I finally have finished finding all the green keys for the first time. Do you think this means I can get no other keys-like the silver or gold-until I unlock this prize? (not that this all that common-getting keys I mean).

Glad I found this thread!
Yesterday I colllected my last gold key & spent the day thinking about what I wanted. I log on this AM excited to choose my item & got booted off 3 times in a row. Instead of panicing I searched the site & found this thread. Bummer! Wonder how long before I can choose my prize, watch this week be the week I would find a gold key & not be able to add it because I haven't been able to choose a gift.

I also just got my last silver key and have been having the same problem. UUGGHH! What next!! Hope they fix it soon. Good to know that other people have already called and that I am not alone. Even if I am bummed out and frustrated . Thanks for the info.

I got my last silver key today too and got logged out quick as all get out, glad to know I am not the only one. There sure is going to be a lot of catching up to do when that glitch is fixed.

Count us in too . My daughter got her last silver key and keeps getting logged off when she tries to collect her prize. It is great to know that when you have a problem all you have to do is come here to WI and you can always find an answer or what is going on !!

I am now one gold key away from having all the keys (a first for the green and gold for me) and can not get a prize-after all this time. We have waited long enough for them to fix this.
More phone calls tomorrow. Once again I have to say-STOP ADDING NEW STUFF and fix the problems!!!!

We now have 4 accounts on hold with the keys..another day or 2..may be 6..I really hope this gets tended to sooner rather than later!! What's really bad about all of this..we all paid extra for this headache!!

We have the same problem with the silver keys. Daughter finally found the last one, tried to open the door & was booted off the site. We have called. No idea when it may be fixed. It is listed in the glitch report section & seems to have been going on for several weeks. Wish they would fix this as fast as they fix the glitches that work in our favor.
