HELP! Anyone having this problem in the Woodland Forest?

After months and months of doing the Woodland Forest, I FINALLY found the fifth green key (almot fell off my chair, I was so shocked). I opened the door and debated which of the three prizes I would choose and decided on the armoire as I do not do many dining rooms and I have no idea what I would do with the pyramid. So, I clicked on my choice and up pops the message that we "can not log into the site right now" and they booted me out of the site. Well, I freaked but I logged in again. There was no prize, so I went back to the key area and thankfully, the keys were still there (or I would have really freaked) so once again, I opened the door and clicked on my prize. The exact same thing happened and I was once again booted from the site. I am praying the keys will be there still but what good are all my months of searching and playing, if I can not get the prize?

Has anyone else had this problem? What do I do?

Who has the number for Ganz? I have tried everything I know how to do and the problem persists so I guess my only option is to call CS. I am afraid one of theese times, my keys will disappear after all this time.

I'm nowhere near getting a key prize, but I believe I read here on WI recently that people are having the same problem you have, being booted off, no prize, but still having their keys.

And I think you need to pick a key prize to be able to start collecting that color key again. So until you can pick your prize, no more emerald keys for you. Ugh.

If I were you, I would call. I think it's a situation where it's not the biggest priority for them, and if enough people call to complain they'll get to it faster.

Also, if the rep on the phone is only a little helpful, ask to speak to their manager. Be polite, but don't be shy about it. Good luck!!!!!

I did call Ganz and talked to a nice person but all she could tell me is that they are aware of the problem (so, I guess I am not alone) and they are working on it. According to her, no one will lose their keys but should that Happen I now have the number on speed dial in my phone and can call them a lot. .

Ditto here! I have all the keys in silver on one account and gold in the other, but I've been getting logged out for about a week now when I try to get the prize. Like someone said above, the hard part is not being able to collect more keys until they get it fixed.

This has been happening to everyone !!
Know that you are not alone and as soon as they get it fixed you will be able to get you prize. I would call every few days until they actually fix the problem.

It happened to me today! I called Gantz and they said they were aware of the glitch. And when it gets fixed I will be able to open the door to get my prize. But couldn't tell me how long it would take to fix this problem or the vacation raffle prizes

Yes I agree. I am going to make it part of my daily activities, to call everyday!

That,to me, is the bigger problem. First, why another glitch? And second, we can only guess when they will actually fix it. I have been looking for that last green key for months now and to finally find it and come across this glitch leaves me a bit peeved.

Here's another victim of the open door, select prize, get booted from WW. In my case its a silver key prize which is booting me. Sounds like I need to call Ganz in the morning to add my voice to gathering mob. Keeping my fingers crossed.

I'm with you there...My daughter found her 5th emerald key after what?? a year and 1/2 with 40 figures only to be booted out when she tried to choose her prize..but..it is more widespread than that..we had another account that finished the silver keys as well..and was logged out too..what really stinks about this..until Ganz gets this corrected..you will have no chance at another key of that color....Glad to know they are aware..hope its at the top of the list of things to do!!
