Just wondering... if anyone knows what that means "Unlocked 13/20" ... I think it means I've entered 13 KinzClip codes... but I don't remember seeing this before... my best guess is that it came up when Zumbuddies and their world was added... but I'd love to hear any answers or suggestions anyone has about it! Maybe the most we can enter to get the greatest benefit in the Zum Sightings is with 20 KinzClips?

As far as I can tell that is what the number stands for. Mine says Unlocked 1/20 and I have only put in one code. Congrats on your crowd of Kinzclips!!

I have been challenged to the Cloud Counter challenge twice and both times I have failed! I'm doing as the instructions say and starting with the cloud that has the lowest number and as soon as I click on it( the lowest number) I fail! What am I doing wrong here? Anybody else having this problem or is it I need to go to school to learn how to count?

Sometimes there is a cloud hidden behind the others. First, make sure you see the numbers on all 6 clouds. On levels 2 and 3, make sure that you see if any of the numbers have negative signs (those can also be hidden behind other clouds).

Please post your observations in the glitch thread. I know in the past people have said that if there are 2 clouds where one is partially covering another one, and one of them is clicked on, sometimes it counts it as wrong when it was actually the right one to click on.

Thank you SnowCrystal! I'm begining to feel like an since I can't seem to pass this challenge! It just seems that as soon as I click on lowest number as instructed I fail right off the bat! I haven't paid any attention to if there is a cloud behind or overlapping the one I click on so I will have to watch for that the next time. Thanks for responding to my question and for the glitch link! I will report there if ever I'm challenged to cloud counter again after carefully paying attention to what happens.Have a wonderful day, hugs!

If you have a slow computer, the clouds don't uncover the challenges fast enough. If you even get a second to see the challenge, then try to do a screen print and paste the screen print in paint or an excel workbook or microsoft word or something. Then at least you will be able to look at the challenge for longer than a second. If you have other programs running at the same time as WW, then that might slow down the clouds.

I have told a supervisor in webkinz support about these very issues. I was telling him how kids were having a hard time with the challenges. He was stressing to me how WW has more adult users than children and pretty much saying that the challenges were catered to adults and "too bad" for the kids! (not those exact words, but pretty close). I think the reason there are more adult users is because the kids have abandoned WW because of the frustrations and their parents have taken over their accounts! I'm not even sure if it is true that there are more adult users.

You should probably call WW support and tell them about your issues. If more people complain, then maybe it will get fixed sometime (1-866-webkinz). They don't need those stupid clouds covering up the challenges!

You are so right about this! My son gave up on WW and is the reason I took over care of the account and of course I have became addicted to it so I'm glad I have it all to my self..lol...bad bad mommy! I will for sure call WW support if this should happen to me!
