does anyone have any info on which color to click? EVERYTIME i "catch" a zum i end up with a lazy zum, and i've had that one full for months! i am SO TIRED of only catching lazy zums, i want to catch something else. any info would be helpful!!!!

Hey i just got a kinz clip last night and i put it on today and i was looking at the prizes and you only have the 6... What is the mystery prize? has it been discovered? is it a crown?(most likely, i know and hope because i have never had a charm forest crown)

I just caught my last Giggly zum, Zola (red or pink dot) and got the zum costume! Here's my Trick or Treat Troll showing it off with the other two prizes I've opened.


The mystery prize is rumored (because I don't think anyone has collected all the zums) to be the zum sanctuary.

I just got my last lazy zum and everytime I try to get my prize, I get logged off. Is anyone else having this problem?

I am reading through this wonderful site to find out if anyone else is having that same exact problem and I see I am not alone now. I got the last lazy zum during last week and I keep getting logged off as well. Does anyone know why? How do we contact Ganz about this?



Hi again! After hitting the redial button about 100 times I finally was able to get through to Ganz this morning. She told me that they are aware of this problem and are working on correcting it as well. While I had her she was able to fix my stuck trophies that were hanging out in the doorways.

Guess we just have to hang in there.

Still not sure where to take pictures! Everyone has different ideas. I have 1 zum so far after 4 tries.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!! I got my last giggly zum and each time I open the gift it logs me out and I log in again it's in my dock but it saying that it's a coupon item !!!!!!!! And I can go back and open the gift again and the cicale goes on ! what do I do ??????!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's ok you'll get soon it toke me a cople of weeks (I mean like 10 weeks) to get all the lazys and on my first week of zumwhere i got zums 4/7 times aweek

I don't have all the zums yet, but I try to move my camera around each forest, up and down, left and right to try to capture a different portion of the picture. Some times it pays off, other times I just get candy and stuff.
