great information fairlyoddmom that was awsome. I think you have answered everyones questions. This is very exciting being on Webkinz when a new game like this comes out. We just joined back in March and now there is something new to do that is not just new to us but to everyone. How fun is that. Hopefully we can help others to understand the game too. we are helping all of our friends here at home. But we know we can always count on WI to help out when anything we dont know either. THIS SIGHT IS THE BEST.

That is exactly how it is written. Then I can click ok on that box, but i cant use my other 2 nets. I have done this repeatedly today (reclearing cache, etc) and its still the same. It shows I still have 3 nets to use. Any suggestions.

We've seen some other reports of this. I would imagine its server specific or possibly browser related. Have you tried using a different browser (IE insteand of Firefox or vice-versa)?

I've been trying and trying to get to the star challenge! Over the past few days I've been going to the charm forest map and I still can't see it! Please help!(I have access to the forest)

Thanks for the information on how to access the game. I cleared my Temporary Internet files, and that did it for me.

The fifth cookie that you can win is the Moon Cookie.

I have two accounts. On one of them I can't even see the new game icon in the Charm Forest. In the other one, I can see it, and click on it, which brings up a "splash screen" for the game but then entire world is frozen. I have to log out & back in.

I have cleared IE cache, cookies and temp-IE files, and none of the 3 has helped.
I have not tried a complete reboot yet.

Any other suggestions ?

I have some friends who can not see the access to Alyssa's star game either. When I bring their accounts up on my computer I can see them, but when they do it they can not. We also have several computers here at my house and if I use my brothers I can not see the access if I use mine or my hubbies I can get the access. I think it may have to do with your software or game card or something like that.
