The Star Challenge is similar to both the Gem Hunt and the Charm Forest.

You get one chance per day to look for Stars in the Charm Forest sky.

You get up to three "clicks" per chance.

You can either use those clicks on stars in the sky, or on comets that might fly by.

You can find food, clothing, or stars during your hunt.

There are five different types of food to find:
* Alyssa Cookie
* Star Cookie
* Sky Cookie
* Meteor Cookie
* Moon Cookie

There are five different clothing items to find:
* Solar Belt
* Solar Shoes
* Solar Slacks
* Solar Jacket
* Solar Helmet

And some members have reported finding a wTales book in the sky:
* W-Tales: Color Catastrophe
(This book was previously only available with a Book Mark code.)

There are 21 different stars to find. They fall into three categories:

Glow Flakes:
Frost Flake
Flouraflite
Moon Bloom
Divinadime
Deelight
Magmamite
Nocturnite

Sun Sparks:
Webwonder
Illustrolite
Lightening Lantern
Pyro Pearl
Enchantrite
Spectaculight
Zinglow

Astro Emblems:
Lunamite
Twilight Twinkle
Blushing Bulb
Nightnote
Skyprint
Chlorocosmo
Marrowmile

When you find a star, you can either keep it for your collection, or sell it to the fairy. The fairy will offer you payment in the form of a "Pixie Puck" worth a certain amount of KinzCash. You don't get to keep the Puck, you just get the cash.

You can buy a Star Collector Carousel in the wShop to view your Star collection in your Webkinz' house.

When you find all 21 stars, you will be awarded the Star Challenge Grand Prize. It appears that this prize is the Fairy High Council Throne.

It is worth noting that several WI members have reported receiving this item randomly in their docks for no apparent reason, so although the outline of the grand prize in the Star Challenge instructions appears to be the Throne, we are not certain.

Thank you, fluffyinalabama! I'm glad you started this forum. It is good to have a list of the stars so I won't duplicate my efforts. I'm excited about the new game and hope it starts working again tomorrow. I've already won one star and decided to keep it. I would love to win the throne. The space suit is cool, too! Yippee for a new game!

I'm curious. What is that item shown in your picture? It looks like a yellow ball with dark balls surrounding it. Possibly the sun with planets rotating around? How did you get it? What is it called.

thanks so much that helps but i just have one question. when i go in i click on a colored star. then it shows a constellation. then i can't click on anything else. am i doing something wrong. please pm me and help me. thanks!

Does anyone know if you actually recieve the Pixie Puck in your dock? I was a little weary to sell my star for it, in case it turned out to be just kc, so I didn't. As always FIA, thank you for ALL of the help and picutres you provide us. What would we do without you?

I can't see anything in the charm forest, either!! There's no where to play the game.

I didn't see anything at first, either. Try clearing your cache and cookies under the Tools heading at the top of your computer screen. Thanks to a previous post I saw to try that and it worked for me.

FIA, you never cease to amaze me!! This is awesome and I will be subscribing as a handy reference. You don't get to see the stars outright when she offers the puck, unfortunately and I already have a Nocturnite double, LOL. The pucks are not seen in our docks, it is a cash return only. The amounts are to various for them to be stockpiling in our docks.
