got all peeking zums - but can't click on box!

My daughter got all her peeking zums yesterday and she clicked on the box that says 'click to open' but whenever she does that, WW logs her off! She's tried a couple of times now. Does anyone have any info on this? I will probably have to write..ugh.

Try restarting your computer. I had some difficulty opening my lazy zum box. I think I had tried logging in and out 3 times before restarting. I eventually got it open.

I have the same problem too. I have all of the Zums but every time I try to open the box, it logs me out.

it has happened to me twice, now on two accounts

It happened to me, but with the Giggly Zums. I tried to open the box three times. Later, while looking for something else in my dock, I discovered I had three zum outfits in the furniture section. The box is still closed. So I had to write Ganz. Always fun.

Me too! I am so glad I am not alone on this. It took me so long to get all of one kind!

Sounds like the glitch from the key doors found a new location....that's what was happening a week or more ago when you finished a key collection..every time you tried to open the door, you were logged out. Hope they sort this out soon...my son has a box ready to open as well..

Oh dear I hope they do not fix this glitch to soon. I have been making some much needed cash to feed my ever demanding Zumbuddies. Every time I log out, I make sure I click on my unopend box and get a zumware costume, then I sell it for 250 KC. This is a good glitch. we don't get them very often.
